I wanted to get a coffee maker so I wouldn't have to wake up earlier to stop by Starbucks before heading into work. I am so glad I got this one. I love that I can program it start brewing by the time I'm up. I also love the frother it comes with. The only problem I had was that It had overflown a few times, but I figured out the best coffee grind setting and it hasn't happened since. I 10/10 recommend getting this one.

I love this coffee maker...I've made the cold brew at least 20 times so far, and I have not even had it a year! It makes great coffee, it is easy to clean, and I can make whatever coffee I want. There is one downside, you cannot custom choose how much coffee you want. There are specific settings. If I could choose exactly how much I want, this would be the perfect coffee maker.

Really wonderful product. As someone who likes Tea and Coffee, the two different carafes are great because you don’t get any coffee residue in the tea or tea residue in the coffee. Both regular and bold settings have different flavor profiles, although I haven’t tried the speciality or over ice options yet I’m sure this machine will execute those well. Cleanup is easy and the stay warm feature is a really nice option as well.

Really fantastic coffee maker overall, especially for it's versatility. It's very impressive how many coffee and tea options are available with the machine and the setup is super intuitive. The only thing holding it back from being a true "must have" for everyone is that the build quality in certain areas could be improved. The water chamber can occasionally leak and there's durability issues with the accessories overall. For the price, the quality could be better but honestly still worth it for all the great coffee drinks it makes.

Excellent product. Easy to operate. Makes great coffee and tea. Coffee has a smooth taste and stays hot at right temp without a burned taste. Being able to choose different sizes is a plus. Brewing tea according to type makes a big difference. No more putting a tea bag in a cup. I have made tea in cup and full carafe and it tastes great. I have used all features and very pleased with this product.

I recommend this machine to everyone I know. Way better than a Keurig because I can make individual cups using fresh coffee. The only downside is the coffee filter lets small amount of coffee grounds through so I end up using paper filter. I don’t use the tea side because the temps are not hot enough for tea.

Great product. My family uses it all the time! Lots of different functions make it a great product.

It is fairly easy to use. I like the flexibility and options offered. The coffee tastes fine, not great. It is big; it takes up significant space.

Coffee making on this takes a little bit to get used to from a traditional 12 cup coffee pot. It tends to make the brew stronger. Tea brewing was something I was looking forward to but definitely overbrewed it. Love the frother for this! It’s very convenient. The inside of the pot/carafe is a bit hard to clean so need to get a water bottle cleaner or scrubber for that. But overall decent coffee maker. Just has a slight learning curve on brewing the coffees and teas. Would recommend if it was on sale.

I have had a Ninja Coffee Maker for many years. The reason why I upgraded to this one, because I had a single cup ninja and I needed a coffee machine to make more coffee at once. I totally love this one. It makes coffee brewing easy for both hot and cold beverages. Also brewing your own tea is such a great function. The machine knows which filter is in the Coffee Maker and gives you different settings. Set up was very easy. Highly recommend.

Love this coffee maker!! The fact that we can bring a single cup, half pot or full pot is amazing! There’s so many different sizes to chose from that you can really make any cup size work. When making a single cup with a disposable filter, I’ve noticed the filter folds over sometimes otherwise we’ve had no issues. We haven’t tried the tea option yet either.
