I've heard so many good things about ninja coffee makers so I decided to buy one. it has been great, I use the timed brew feature so a cup of coffee is always ready for me when I wake up in the morning. The iced tea function is also really convenient, I no longer have to brew a big pot of tea and can make a single cup at a time.

Very good should buy it if your looking for a coffe maker

During the brewing cycle (specifically, right after a dispense) the filter pops out of place which stops the cycle. It will continue the cycle where it left off if you push it back into place. However, you have to stand there and push the filter back in after each dispense throughout the whole cycle.

Y'all. I thought that my InstaPot was my favorite kitchen apparatus. Turns out that when you upgrade your coffee pot after 10 years your world gets rocked. I highly recommend this Ninja. I did a lot of comparison shopping, and for a machine that does custom sized brews, hot, cold, and iced- this was the winner and more bang for your buck.

Well made product and to make cappuccino is awesome! You can make regular coffee, Tea etc.

We bought this to replace our previous Ninja coffee maker that finally stopped working. We use all of the brewing size options for coffee, I've made a cold brew coffee (yum!), and I've made herbal tea. I like the water reservoir on this machine better than the previous model because the door is smaller, so I can open it without having to pull the machine all the way out from underneath the cabinet. I also like that this coffee maker shows the brew progress with a line of lights (similar to the Ninja 5-in-1 grill preheat function). I'm going to try cold-brew black tea next. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

Was recommended to be by a co-worker. I mostly purchased this because I like cold brew coffee and my boyfriend likes hot coffee. I love that you can make a single cup at a time without any plastic waste. And the cold brew setting comes out smooth and truly gets ice cold. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I love this coffee machine because I can make my coffee fresh every day. I like this coffee maker it is easy to use the instructions and recipes are easy to follow. What I don't like about the machine is that the water tank is small and you have to fill it up more often than other coffee machines.

I’ve had the coffee maker for about a month now and don’t have any complaints so far. It’s easy to program and you can make a large variety of coffee iced and hot. I don’t drink tea as much but I like the cold brew tea. I occasionally have issues with the filter compartment filling with water and not dispensing, and I think that is because the spout area is getting clogged. I rinse it out and it’s fine.

This coffee and tea maker is so flexible. It has the ability to make carafes as well as single cups of both coffee and tea. Furthermore, you can make different styles of coffee and it has settings for different kinds of tea. This unit is the Swiss army knife of coffee makers and I highly recommend it.

This is the best coffee maker we have ever owned. We had a previous model with the thermal container. I prefer the glass one that this came with as it is easier to clean and holds the same amount. Also I like the stay warm feature. We love making froth for our morning cafe au lait.

Amazing quality and love the smart features. The different baskets for tea and coffee and cool, and the coffee maker recognizes when you put each in, and gives you the various options for then to brew. We haven't used the frother yet, but are looking forward to trying out that feature too!

We had two different coffee makes and a tea kettle cluttering the counter before this ninja. It offers the over ice coffee as well as the cold brew which makes everyone happy. The iced tea function is a blessing as well. Water tank is easy to refill and the reusable filters are easy to rinse clean.

No! No! No! Product feels cheap. The craft is hard to put inside unit when making coffee. Buttons feel cheap and plasticity. It’s very tall and cannot fit under most countertops. The filter basket is cheap and flimsy. There are honestly too many settings and it makes more work out of brewing something as simple as morning coffee. The pot has a thick plastic ring at the top, which connects the pot handle. At least for my product, it felt loose and I was scared it was going to break off. The pot is also EXTREMELY difficult to effectively clean due to its awkward shape. I initially purchased this unit because it looked professional and sleek, but most of all to save money on not having to buy Kcup pods anymore! At the end of the day, my time is worth more than the little I would have saved with this unit. All of the issues I had with this unit made it a longer and more tedious process for SIMPLE MORNING COFFEE!
