So far so good, purchased to replace older model of ninja coffee bar (due to leaking tank). Seems to produce higher quality coffee than other model and quality of build is improved. Purchased extended warranty from best buy given previous experience with leaking.

Decided to ditch the Keurig and start having local roasted coffee. This coffeemaker is rest and has many options from the type of coffeE you want as well as a frother. Highly recommend it for anyone using coffee beans. Doesn’t come with grinder so that will have to a separate purchase.

Bought this to replace our 6 year old Keurig. It’s a phenomenal coffee and tea maker. The best part is making ice coffee and tea so quickly. And it comes with great recipes for specialty drinks. Never going back to Keurig.

Have been a Keurig user for years. Decided to try and get away from the pod systems due to cost and how bad they are for the environment. Decided to give this Ninja a try and couldn't be happier. The coffee comes out fantastic and I have much greater control over the type of brew and strength. It comes out piping hot and strong how I like it. Can brew a cup, half carafe, full carafe, lots of size options. Also does cold brew, ice coffee and tea. This thing is very versatile. If it lasts a few years, I'll be very happy with this purchase. I read some reviews that complained about the reliability of the machine, so I splurged for an extended warranty just to be safe. Skip Best Buy warranty and check out Upsie. Just Google it. Less expensive warranty and a great company with excellent coverage.

Grad school and work have both moved to online and I miss lattes and mochas and stuff. This thing makes gr8 specialty drinks, which is what i typically use it for, and my boyfriend likes the cold brew. Apparently the delay-brew doesn't brew a full pot, but I think he might be misjudging where "full" is on the carafe. I haven't seen any issues with it but i don't wake up like that. My only complaints so far are minor: You cant run it without a filter for just hot water. The solution is just to use one of the filters and get either a coffee-taste or tea-taste in whatever you're using the water for (usually ramen, so tea works well). And the frother doesn't work as well with cold milk, and the instructions tell you to microwave the milk. This device already has heating elements included, so it's not a stretch for it to be able to slightly warm milk too. Unfortunately, there is no way to do so. I don't have a microwave and stove is overkill for a single drink.

My other machine finally died. Decided to try the Ninja system. I am mostly a tea drinker and I just like to have options. I like there options for the teas. They're not just focused on coffee. I like how it brews it then dispenses the tea. Haven't done coffee yet. But I'm impressed with the tea!

Absolutely love this thing. Cold brew works very well, produces good coffee on drip or other settings as well. Ninja support is also very good if something is off a bit, like a drippy basket.

I live the coffee maker so much . It gives it a nice rich enjoyable cup of coffee or a whole jug ! I hate that it doesn’t come with the menu as shown in the description. Also I hate that the whole kid doesn’t come off it makes it difficult if you are hand washing it . The taste is amazing and so far everything is working perfectly. I love the feature of the delay brew !

The Ninja hot and cold brew 10-cup coffee maker works well, and consumes a small amount of space. We purchased the Ninja because of its dual function capability of making both hot and cold beverages. Price was reasonable, and we would recommend it to a friend.

My family and I love this machine! We especially like the over ice coffees and ice tea. We've been wanting to upgrade our old coffee machine for a while now. I was glad to find one that not only makes different coffee different ways but tea as well. No issues so far.

My favorite coffee machine ever purchased. During the pandemic it’s helped me reduce buying coffee from nearby shops and make yummy drinks at home. I love the scheduling function and it’s not as loud as other coffee machines I’ve had in the past. I’ve tried to make lattes with it and love having that option. My boyfriend likes to joke that I have a very fancy machine but admits the coffee taste is the best part. My favorite feature the tea vs coffee functions and the tools to make either option. Also like the sizes so I can make a carafe or cup or a thermos, all in medium or xl sizes. The little spoon to scoop your sizes is so accurate and handy. I run a clean load to water through it every few months and always clean the parts I use daily with soap and water. Still works like new!

Makes really good coffee and tea. I’ve tried most things. The cold brew option is my favorite. I’ve made cold brew with coffee and white, green, black, herbal teas. All have turned out well. I think the coffee tastes better that way. Also bought the Over Ice Carafe for this purpose.

This coffee maker is amazing! It looks and feels nice and sturdy. The knobs have a good feel to them and the lights seem to be high quality. I love all of the different settings and the milk frother. I have not tested the tea setting yet but will soon. Cannot think of any cons.

We’ve been using it for several months now, and love it. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because of the filter. I tried using it for a while, but little coffee grounds still would end up in my coffee cup. I finally just switched to paper filters and its made all the difference!

Love my coffee maker. I no longer use my French press. Obviously you need a great coffee beans, but it does a great job of brewing. Cleaning is easy. Love that it senses when cool is full and prevent overfills. My only gripe is that water reservoir is not big enough.

This Ninja coffee maker replaced my original Ninja that I bought in 2015. This model has more choices but as with my original, it makes the best cold coffee. Since March I have been working from hoke, and every morning I make my cold coffee brew, and it comes out perfect.

Got this for my wife as a Christmas gift. So far she loves it. I've used it a couple times for cold brew, and it is great. With our favorite ground coffee brand, I actually like it better than the famous coffee shop coffee.

This coffeemaker does everything we want - individual cups of tea or coffee or carafes of either one. Strength is determined by amount used and brew method chosen, so with a little experimenting you can get about whatever you want. We like it.

I purchased this coffee maker because my Keurig went out. I love, love, love my ninja. I can make a full pot or a single cup. I can use it for tea, and make pretty drinks. If you’re looking for a new coffee maker, try this one.

Excellent coffee maker. The cold brew feature is my favorite feature. I like iced coffee in the summer and being able to brew with the cold brew feature and it not melt the ice and make it all watery is great..
