Finally a machine I can use as a coffee hater! There is no cross contamination of my tea with my husbands coffee. Being able to whip milk for coffee or hot chocolate is just icing on this cake! I love being able to brew a whole pot of ice tea in less than 10 minutes.

I can't say enough good things about this product it is great the only negative thing that i would have liked is a warming frother on this machine because that would make it a complete package. it make ice coffee, cold brew, and iced tea all in one

I love this coffeemaker. It is actually my 2nd one. The first one leaked after 3yrs. What I like about it? Well I can make a full pot, half pot or even single cups. I can also put my loose tea in a make a pot of tea. It is a very smart maker

Great coffee maker for about a year. After 13 months the water reservoir started leaking and for the life of me I can't figure out where it's coming from.

I was in need of new coffee maker as I threw out my Keurig for so many reasons. I was hoping that this was the answer to single cups and carafes and all was great until I tasted the coffee... After several attempts of different coffee grounds and water and coffee ratio it always came out bitter! The coffee was always hot and the machine is so easy to use. I think the problem is that the coffee is brewing at a temp that is too hot and causing the coffee to be bitter. Sadly I returned it for only that reason and bought 2 different coffee makers (Breville and Cuisinart) and the first thing my husband said when he took a sip of coffee made from the Breville was WOW - the coffee isn’t bitter! Yep, the coffee from the Breville is not bitter and the only thing I changed was the maker!

This coffee maker is awesome! We’ve been using this religiously. I find myself making more coffee then tea though. But when I have used the tea feature it makes a good cup! Overall this is a great product. I would recommend it.

Perfect size to fit underneath our cabinets and makes a great cup of coffee in the amount that you need. Cold brew works well and still learning to use all of the capabilities of this machine!! Would definitely recommend it!!

Love this coffee maker. Use it every day for coffee and have tried out all the different settings for different types of coffee and tea. Haven't had any issues with it so far and I definitely recommend it if you need a new one!

Good Coffee Maker. Also doubles as a Tea Brewer, so that was a nice touch although I seldomly used this feature. I'm not sure if I had bad luck, but I had to return this as the water pitcher leaked several times over the year of use.

This coffee machine is very easy to use! Even though the cold brew feature takes about 10 minutes to brew (versus several hours) it's very smooth and flavorful. Definitely my favorite feature to use on this machine and I was never a big cold brew fan.

Loving it so far. Love all the options it gives you and the milk frother is a game changer. Worth the money. Ultimately saves you money from going out for coffee or buying keurig pods. Never going to Starbucks again!

We purchased this brewer to replace our Cuisinart which failed. We decided on this because of features like the ability to brew tea and the frother. After using it for about a month now, we're happy that we chose this one. It's fast, consistent and versatile.

I had the Ninja Coffee Bar, ended up buying the newest version for hot and cold. Very happy with it so far, different taste between cold brew and iced coffee, easy to clean with original filters, I stopped using paper filters. One I got the ninja hot and cold

Broke the old ninja coffee brewer, which I used for 5-6 years ( I used it every single day) and replaced with this one, it is very easy to use and haven’t try their cold brew and tea function yet, but overall is worth it. Highly recommend!

Bought this model to replace a different Ninja model I bought online. That one leaked coffee all over my counter. At first this one was great, but this one has started to also leak coffee. At first it was just a little puddle every now and then on the burner under the carafe, now it’s leaking under the machine on the counter top as well…and it’s an every brew leak. And it’s not a small leak, my full pot brew ends up being 3/4 full. 2 failed Ninja machines that both leak everywhere in less than 6 months. Time to find a new brand. Sadly past my return period too.

Absolutely love the new ninja Hot and cold system It does so much more then My old ninja coffee bar And it is made of a better quality The crafe the frother and even the scooper are Definitely more heavy duty I'm still learning how to Make Different beverages on it as I've fallen fell in love with the cold brew I've kind of gotten stuck on that 1 for a while My only problem is I can't figure out how to get the layered coffee In the coffee bar I just put it on specialty and automatically got 3 or layers but not with this 1And I really love my layers I'm actually thinking it's because thisI'm actually thinking it's because This hot and cold Bruce system Make sure coffee so much hotter Where with the coffee bar Really didn't get all that hot

The coffee that comes out of this machine is so smooth! I LOVE it. The best drip coffee I have had at home. It was super easy to set up as well. I use delay start often during the work week. It was so simple to set up! Would recommend to anyone!

Love it. Works great. Mostly use the single cup size. The only issue needs a large cup.. I use the rich setting so I can carry the mug without spilling.. if you add milk you will need a very large cup for the classic setting.
