My husband and I love coffee and are fairly picky when it comes to "good coffee." This coffee maker is excellent. It makes delicious coffee with the classic setting and kick you in the face coffee with the rich setting. The over ice and cold brew both definitely need ice or you just get lukewarm coffee. Or maybe you're supposed to make the cold brew ahead of time and refrigerate it. In any case, I also love the scooper that comes with it, super helpful to have all the information right on the scooper itself. The tea function is great for me, and I love that you can choose the type of tea you're making and have the machine brew it for you. We have an automatic kettle for heating water but I haven't touched it since we set this product up. Overall, seriously very impressed and happy with this product.

I drink a lot of coffee, so good machine is very important to me. Tried different brands, include DeLonghi, Cuisinart, Broun and some more, but ended up with this one. This is my third coffee Ninja machine, and i never had any complains.

I've used this coffee machine several times a week for nearly a year and it's performed well. No issues so far, which is not surprising since I've been satisfied with Ninja products in the past.

Great coffee maker. It blooms the coffee then pours over the rest about 30 seconds later and taste fantastic every time. Haven’t used many of the other features on it yet though.

While this coffee machine is on the pricey side, it’s great. If you enjoy good ol fashioned scoops of ground up coffee this is a good choice. I have a Nespresso that I use for espresso and then the ninja for regular coffee.

Just luv how many different type of coffee and tea I coupd make. Liked the odea of permanant filter (if in case you want more cleaner coffee - you can always use paper filter as weel). Easy to use, easy to clean.

Very good coffee maker. I'd highly recommend it. I've had coffee makers before but nothing like this Ninja. Coffee is always nice and hot on the brew and the warmer keep the remaining coffee nice and ready for the next cup.

Brews coffee or tea or other drinks using blends that you like and not what someone put into a pod and make only the amount you want. I can brew a cup of tea for dinner and my wife can have cup of coffee with minimum fuss. Great machine!

Worked really well for awhile, but now even after cleans it doesn’t make the correct amount of fluid ever

No complaints. makes good coffee. The build quality is awesome and it looks great. Love that it can be used to make a single cup of coffee. I have not tried the cold brew option so could not talk about it.

Our Keurig of many years finally went and it was time for a new coffee maker. We were set on another Keurig but upon reading reviews we found that they were not the best for quality coffee, plus we wanted a coffee maker that could make more than one cup. Looking at reviews we finally settled on the the Ninja and have not been sorry in our decision! Not only are there options between coffee and tea but we can control the strength, tea type, coffee type, etc. Plus there is no waste!! Grounds and tea go into our compost and we are done, no plastic, no filters to worry about. It takes a little trial and error getting use to the right finished volume but is well worth it. We have yet to use all the features but have been very satisfied to date.

Pretty solid coffee maker. I personally think the quality of the coffee comes out better on classic and rich than any other setting so I use those even when I want iced coffee. As for the tea aspect, it gets the job done but I still prefer classic steeping of my looseleaf teas.

Legit the best coffee/tea maker I’ve ever had. The only thing I recommend is to get the ice carafe from the ninja website for your iced tea and cold brew.

Having not been a historical coffee drinker but recently enjoying cold brew I wanted to give this a try. Glad I did and very easy to use and set up!

Great coffee machine. This is our second Ninja coffee machine and we love it. We use for coffee and tea. Best part is the coffee quantity to be mixed with water is always controlled so it always tastes the same.

It makes a really great cup of coffee. Following the scoop recommendations for the built in scoop makes Really strong cup but other than that I’m happy. Love the tea function as well.

So far so good. 2 weeks of usage no problems. Has a motorized basket positioner/steal a cup feature that scares me a bit, just seems like a complicated solution to a problem that didn't need solved and one more thing to malfunction. Other than that, great options, quick brew.

I bought the original Ninja coffee maker years ago and it made us a lot of great coffee. This is a new design of the same concept of coffee maker with some new features that I really appreciate. It has a larger pot, and now there's more options for how much coffee to make for single servings. Small coffee cup, big coffee cup, travel mug, or huge 32 oz YETI. The drip stop is controlled now, instead of a manual switch, and there's more options for how to make different kinds of coffee or tea. The control panel is lot more sleek and modern, with a progress bar to let you know how far along the coffee-making process is. If only there was a way for it to detect that you forgot to add the coffee grinds to the basket before you press the start button and leave the room.

Needed a coffee machine that brewed delicious coffee with ease of use for the wife and this was perfect. Easy to use, works quick and even looks good in the kitchen. Even our kid can use it to make his hot chocolate.

I love this tea/ coffee maker. I made coffee every morning it comes out great hot and delicious. Every single night I swap and I use it for tea also very delicious. I definitely recommend buying this
