Very easy to use! Love my coffee maker and all I can do with it. Only thing I would say is the filter is not the greatest, coffee grounds sometimes make it into the coffee cup so I use a disposable filter over.

Better tasting coffee and very versatile for tea or coffee iced or hot. Wish it came with iced carafe as well but you can pick one up for about $20-30. Better then any kurig I've ever owned. Never have a burnt coffee again.

I love this machine so far. I’ve made regular coffees, iced coffees, lattes, teas. It does everything and I like the fact that it uses ground coffee. The pods for other machines can get expensive.

Very excellent product. Love how easy to transit to brewing coffee then into brewing tea. Highly Recommend. 2nd time I own this version, first won was stolen so I guess someone is enjoying it also.

The Ninja brand has been very reliable. I recently got this coffee maker to replace our old one after 4 years. This coffee maker works wonderfully. Coffee tastes good as well at the tea.

I love my ninja coffee pots. I have purchased 3 of them. I have used 2 of them and 1 for my mom. We are heavy coffee drinkers and I like the frother. I love not changing the paper filters.

We replaced our Keurig with the Ninja and have been so happy we did. I've only brewed individual cups over ice but am excited to try the other options as well. Only downside is that it can be a bit messy.

I love my new super versatile machine☕. I can make any size I want. I love the very accessible frother! It's compact for what it is. The water container is very convenient. Love this one so much!!!!

I love love love my new coffee pot! It is so nice being able to make iced coffee or cold brew in 15 minutes or less. I also have the ability to brew several different sized and even tea.

I've had my coffee maker for a few days and I am very happy with this purchase. I prepare my own drinks and with that I have been saving a lot not having to buy them somewhere else.

We're still taking time to get used to it but its perfect and does everything we need! However, the carafe is never full to the top even though we overfill with water...not sure if its our water or the coffee... but other than that its fantastic!

I mainly use the device in classic or cold brew configuration. The device works well and makes decent coffee. The device is quick and serviceable for what you get and most causal coffee consumers should be happy with its performance.

Brews an Excellent brew every time for both coffee and tea :) I've even gotten my husband into coffee! The Reusable filters are really nice and everything is super easy to detach and clean

I'm a coffee person the this machine is awesome. I was skeptical when I bought regarding the rich coffee option but when I tried it it's really good. I'm happy with this machine and deserve 5 stars.

Works great! Love that it has a separate tea and coffee filter. Use it all the time. No need for individual k cups anymore which saves us money! Will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Easy to use, makes good iced coffee. Nice that it has different filters for coffee and tea to prevent taste contamination. The shape of the pot makes it a little hard to clean, but not bad.

Works great. Can be a little noisy. My 90 lb german shepherd thinks someone is breaking into the house everytime i make a pot of coffee. Other than that it works great

At first I was very happy. But coffee and tea after brewing gets extremely cloudy. I’ve tried everything to correct this but nothing is working .
