Bought as a gift for my mother who likes both single serve and larger servings of coffee. Love the all in one feature of this and that there's separate coffee and tea options.

We had a Keurig, but wanted something that was cold brew and could make tea. This was perfect. My favorite is the milk frother! So now I froth milk and it’s like a coffee house !

I bought this for my wife last Christmas, was a little worried she wouldn’t use all of the features, but she absolutely loves it and uses it all the time.

Great purchase. I love having the option of hot or iced coffee. Also love being able to make just a cup, 1/2 carafe or full carafe. Easy to clean and do not have to buy filters.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I love having the option to brew a full or half carafe and to be able to brew single cups without having to deal with k-cups. I highly recommend this!

This is the best coffee maker to get rid of K-Cups. It will pay for itself when you compare the prices of K-Cups to bagged or canned coffee. It also can make cold brew!

This ninja coffee maker makes the best coffee I have tasted from a home machine stand point. I am a big ninja fan and this product does not disappoint.

love it, easy to use, it has everything i need to make a cappuccino,ice coffee,ice tea. etc. it brews super fast. the measuring spoon it’s so handy. I Recommend it.

Packed with features; fast brewing. Wonderful to have such a wide array of brew quantity. Nice to have tea and coffee modes but it is a bit awkward to have to change the baskets. Dont forget to put your single cup on the machine when you brew less than a pot or you will have a mess! Coffee does not "burn" after several hours in the carafe. Single serve does leave quite a bit of water in the grounds basket which makes disposal problematic. Have not used the specialty mode or the cold frother yet. Even for an engineer the settings take some getting used to but I guess you expect that in such a featured machine. Overall the coffee tastes very good but not outstanding vs. traditional higher end drip makers (Krups, Cusinart)

Owned for several months now, and have only used the hot coffee part. This product has brewed a very good cup of coffee!

Love this coffee machine, we switch from a keurig. We can brew single cups and a whole pot. It has been working great and I love the tea setting

This coffee/tea maker is amazing. Love that it has two different filters one for coffee one for tea so that you’re not getting coffee taste when you brew tea. The only thing I’d fix about it is when you’re brewing tea: there is an “over ice” option and a “cold brew” option but the “cold brew” option still brews your tea short to make room for ice. Sometimes you just want cold tea with no ice so why make two different options that basically do the same thing. Cold brew should just make the amount that you select and if you choose to add ice then that’s fine, get a bigger cup. (Or at least say that it still brews it short for that reason because we kept thinking that it was broken or that we did something wrong. lol) but still no complaints, just that suggestion that I would make. Great product!

Love this coffee pot-replaced a Bunn Coffee brews better and tastes better. Have not tried the cold brew yet

Are use it every day I could not love this coffee pot anymore than I do. I have made coffee and tea with it and it is amazing would not recommend any other coffee pot.

Great product does what it says and more. We are very happy with this little machine! Glad we got a sale price and comes with a recipe book to start you on your way!

This machine makes great coffee, and doesn’t take up much space. I like the fact that I can make one serving of coffee without using pods, or a whole carafe if I want.

So far this coffee maker has been great except for one issue. When making coffee there should be a direct drip stream pouring out the coffee, however, the coffee dispenses as if there are multiple drips causing a mess especially when using a small mug. I’ve noticed there are no problems with the tea filter and holder and dispenses the tea with a direct stream as it should. Also, when washing the removable coffee filter holder I've noticed when I press the spring part on the bottom of the coffee filter holder it releases the “multiple drips” that I see when actually making coffee and again, no problem with the tea filter holder when washing it as well. Based off this, I have reason to believe i just have a faulty coffee filter holder and no issues with the coffee maker itself. I plan to exchange the unit in hopes that this issue is resolved.

The only thing missing from this coffee machine is a grinder. Otherwise no matter what you drink whether it be tea, coffee or a cappuccino, will turn out great.

This brewer is exactly what I wanted. Enough with the expensive kcups. It’s been almost 2 months with everyday multiple brewing without any hiccups. I can actually taste the freshness of a brewed coffee something kcups did not give me. I have used all settings and have not been let down. Iced coffee is like ordering from any cafe. Tea is delicious and easy to transition from coffee to tea. Glad I’m off kcups and filters. Enjoying a pot of coffee is priceless

Just got this yesterday and we love how easy and how little parts there are to do many different drinks. Tried cold brew, specialty brew, and regular pot and they are all great!
