Great but could be better

I had issues with leaking from where the coffee grinds go but I got a replacement part for it. My biggest issue is the water reservoir. There is no way to take it apart and clean the bottom of the clear part. There’s little ridges that collects mold. I have tried super hot water, baby bottle cleaner, etc. but it’s so hard to completely clean.

It's been highly consistent with daily usage from 1 xl cup to a full carafe of either tea or coffee. It's an amazing product if you work from home and has saved me a good amount of money not having to burn gas or paying extra for delivery charges for my regular brews. Plus, as a prior Starbucks employee it's fun to experiment in making my own perfect hot and cold blends again.
