Otherwise I love it and all its features.

It made coffee fast. After awhile it stopped using all of the water in the tank and would leave a 1/4 inch of water. Not a big deal. Now 4 months later, the filter contraption does not let the water out into the pot and it overflows down the side. You have to watch each pot now. If this didn't happen it would have been given a 5 star.

I have used Keurig for the past 5-6 years. I purchased my Father a ninja for his bday and realized just how better the coffee tasted compared to my current Keurig. I purchased this when building a coffee bar for my apartment and am very pleased with the product.
