I have started drinking and experimenting with my coffee again :) I love the "Rich" mode as it makes bold and smooth coffee. It is an elegant piece and the display is straightforward and clean. The other best part is the frother on the side. I have made mochas and they taste good. I would recommend this to any coffee drinker.
