The only minor complaint I have with this unit is that when you're brewing a full pot you need to slightly hollow the middle of the coffee grounds out or the ground can overflow from the basket on occasion. However, if you move the ground around the middle to the outside more this is easily prevented. This is also great to make your tea in!

It was super easy to set up, has a bunch of great options-hot/ iced coffee, hot/iced tea, with a variety of brew options and sizes. The coffee is hot but not really hot. I like my coffee very hot so that is the reason I gave it 4 stars, not 5, but that is most likely due to personal preference since my husband thinks "it's fine".
