Very similar to the Ninja coffee bar. I like the ability to make various size cups. I don't need or use the custom coffee drinks. I own a high end espresso machine so that function is not used. The coffee bar stopped measuring out the correct coffee size and I replaced it with this unit. It makes a decent cup of coffee, but in my opinion the original make a slightly better cup.

Makes great hot, rich coffee. Have only made coffee to this point and used the "Rich" setting. Much better results than any of the cheaper coffee makers I have had in the past. The narrow neck of the carfe requires using a towel to dry it -- the neck is too tight to get your hand into it. Otherwise, love it.

So far so good. Has alot of qualities and simplicity to it. Hopefully it is very durable

Easy to use if there was one issue it’s the frothier doesn’t heat the milk

I like this thing so far. I haven’t gotten too fancy with it yet but it works well.

I love this unit. I had a nescafe and keurig prior to this, and this is by far my favorite coffee machine. Has a great number of options. My most favorite thing about this is the tea function. I was a coffee drinker, but now all I drink are loose leaf teas now. I highly recommend this machine.

Absolutely no complaints!! Originally got it for its tea making ability. But later experimented with a Cappuccino mix which the built in frother worked wonderfully with. Then have just started trying coffee (do NOT like the bitter) but with the frother adding powdered milk or creamer to a cup is easy.

We love our Ninja! We actually had a Nespresso machine but we think the Ninja takes the cake, mostly for affordability plus you can make whatever coffee grounds you want. We use our daily and the options whether to make a cup or half pot or full pot is excellent! Great put purchase!

The cold brew option is surprisingly good! I was sure it wouldn't be as good as the normal cold brew that my wife and I make for 18 hours. This one does it in 10 minutes and it is almost identical to the 18 hour version.

After having nothing but problems with several different keurig coffee makers, I decided to try this one. This machine is amazing!! Makes hot delicious coffee, and has such a variety of types to choose from. The cold coffee option is one of my favorites. I will never buy another keurig !!

This machine is very nice. Waited on black friday & got on sale. Makes the right size coffee you desire. I like that you can switch your filters if you want to make coffee or ice tea. I also like using the frothy for the milk. The only disappointment is that doesn't heat the milk while frothing.

This Coffee maker is truly amazing on the coffee this machine can brew. I had one before and it bit the dust. I decided on another popular brand. The brand I purchased didn’t even come close to the taste of the Ninja. I bought another Ninja.

Owned this now for about 1 month. I came from a Kureig 2.0 with carafe, and I and after switching to this am very happy with how it works. Coffee is rich and bold and making tea is never been easier.. But there is a few bad things... I wish the water tank was bigger, then just a single pot worth. I also wish that you could choose the water temp for different types of drinks.

I have had Keurig coffee makers for years. Needed to purchase a new machine and did a google search and purchased a Ninja on 5/15/2020. In my opinion, Ninja is incredible. Previous Keurigs never made a full cup of coffee and Ninja fills cup to the rim. So glad I made the change.

So far so good, I'm happy with my new coffee maker.

We replaced our regular drip coffee maker & our Keurig machine with this Ninja. I like the removable water pod which makes filling with water a breeze. My wife has enjoyed her 1 cup experience every afternoon. It takes up less space and can also froth milk! It’s a great machine.

I really enjoy the vast set of options this coffee maker offers. I use it most regularly for the cold brew feature, but all the settings I've tried have worked well. I also think the options for cup/carafe size are quite nice. I waste much less coffee than my previous pot.
