Traded in a Keurig that only knows a small amount of coffee and lots of water. This machine MAKES coffee, so many options and I have used them all already. If you like good coffee and drink lots of it, you must buy this machine!

I've only had this machine for a little over a month. I love the frother, the idea that I can make a pot, a travel mug or a cup of coffee. At night I can brew tea. I feel as if I can have specialty coffee or tea at any time.

I like the coffee maker but dont rhink it's worth the price. It leaks when tou make coffee. The part where you add water leaked overnight. These leaks have caused damage to mt countertop. Also, the part where it heats up has datkened my xountertop.

Well my wife goes to Starbucks too much so I wanted to get something for her to make the drinks she loves but at home to help her save the time, gas and money of all those trips. We love this thing and it has too many features to favor one.

My wife and I absolutely love this cup coffee maker, especially the frother and the option to brew tea as well. We made the switch from a Keurig and don’t regret it one bit

I had looked at this machine for some time before purchasing. Whether I use a filter or the permanent filter, I end up with liquid remaining between the filter and the machine when it claims to be done.

Great coffee machine so far, got it for my wife for Christmas. She loves the cold brew functionality. Brews taste more flavorful out of this maker with the brewing process it uses. Worth the money. Very cool and easy to use controls.

I use this multiple times a day. It brews a perfect cup of tea or coffee. My only complaint is that the cold brew setting for green tea produces a weaker cup than I'd prefer. I highly recommend this for those who drink both tea and coffee.

You either get good coffee or a big mess

Had a 10 y/o Cuisinart with built-in burr grinder that made perfect coffee but finally gave up the ghost. That model was discontinued so I selected this machine due to its rich features. I was very happy with this machine for about two weeks. One morning I came downstairs and instead of a freshly-brewed pot of coffee I found about a pot’s worth of water on my counter and floor. Apparently the removable water canister (an otherwise nice feature) dribbled out all its contents over the course of the night. So now no coffee AND a big mess to clean up before heading to work. This has happened about a dozen times since I’ve owned it and there’s no rhyme or reason to it. I’ve since resorted to not removing the water canister and just filling it up like a normal coffee maker but that’s no guarantee—it’ll still leak out overnight but a lot less often (maybe 1 in 100 uses). All the other functions are great, especially the tea settings, but I rate it low because you just can’t trust it. Oh yeah and the other night while cleaning the carafe the glass portion completely separated from the handle. Luckily it fell in the sink and didn’t break and I was able to put it back together. In hindsight maybe I would have been better off if it broke—I’d then have a good excuse to buy a new (different) machine.

Bought this for my wife since her old ninja coffee bar failed on her. It took me some time to find one in stock but it was worth it. She loves the new ninja coffee maker and the tea option is definitely a plus. Well worth it.

Awesome easy to use coffee maker. Love the fact you can make many different sizes ranging from a single cup to a full pot of coffee, with 6 sizes in between. Coffee tastes great and the frother is awesome. Highly recommended!

My kitchen burned 8 months ago. I’m still scrapping with Allstate and ProCare Restorations to get it back move in ready. I hope I get to unpack my new coffee maker before I die. It came highly recommended from a trusted coffee lover.

One of the best purchases I made this year. All of the drinks I use to buy at Starbucks and other coffee shops, I can now make at home for a fraction of the cost. A little expensive, but will pay for itself within a year.

Coffee tasted great. Unfortunately it leaked from the basket. I even called Ninja and they sent a replacement base. That leaked as well so it is a problem that they haven't fixed.

Don’t buy! As others mentioned, it sits there leaking. Enough that you will need to lift the machine up and soak for it more paper towels.
