I'm a huge fan of Ninja product and I must say this product did not disappoint me at at all.. My family and I use this product daily and have not run into any problems. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

This is my second Ninja coffee bar. I loved my first one so much that I put it in my RV for camping and traveling and bought a new one for my house. It’s nice because you have so many choices on what size coffee to make.

Get this if you want to wake up to the fragrant smell of freshly brewed coffee! Its not too complex, nor is it simple, so its just right! Works with tea as well!

Always purchased Cuisinart out of habit. This Ninja was a little expensive but definitely worth the money. Makes a full pot of coffee in what seems like 5 minutes. We love the taste and ease of use. You won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love it can make a small cup , large cup , half pot whole pot even froth its all conveniently placed doesn't take up extra room

Absolutely the best coffee machine I have ever own. Easy to clean as well as making a great cup of coffee. I love the fact that it has different settings and options for "designer" coffee.

I have had this machine for 1.5 months and has worked perfectly until this morning when I came down to find no coffee and water all over the counter, just like others have had the same issue. Tried two more times and it is making coffee but water is still leaking onto the counter. I did nothing different this morning from any other morning and was always very careful when putting the tank on the machine, knowing that others have had leaking issues. This should not happen and now I am very disappointed in this machine and do not recommend. This should be set and forget, not set and plan to wipe the counter top for 10 minutes.

This has been a great addition to our kitchen. It does just about everything you need as a beverage maker. The iced tea function is my favorite. It is great to get a fresh brewed carafe of iced tea every day!

This is by dar the best coffee system I've ever ysed and owned. So many options for various types of drinks from coffee to tea. Fantastic item!!

Got it on special, but still over $120. Got to say it was worth the special price. I’m a cheep every day regular coffee drinker. If you can find it at the same price or cheaper it’s worth it.

I purchased the Ninja hot & cold brew 10 cup coffee maker for my daughter, and she loves it. She’s someone who is very particular about her coffee. I would highly recommend this coffee maker.

She is a tea lover (and so am I), but i am a primarily coffee drinker. We got this machine to upgrade from the Ninja Coffee machine, so that we can also brew tea. At first it made sense to just have one countertop appliance for both. We got it, unpacked it, it all seemed well. Used it the first time and realized there is way too much steam and fogging on the front element of the filter canister and it drips on the counter. We also noticed the reservoir tank has a spot where water gets trapped, and it is a known problem area amongst other users who have complained about mold growth over a long period of time. I still got it thinking they did not know how to clean the machine, and I noticed the bottom of the tank is not removable for cleaning. However, we were willing to put up with it and run a few cycles of vinegar water every so often as we already do on out other coffee machine. The reason we returned it is because the tea filter is plastic, and it retains flavors from other teas. On the coffee filter is not a problem as it gets masked on the coffee flavor, however, for tea, a delicate flavor can be ruined by cross-flavors. This meant that we would have to manually was the tea filter every single time after each use if we wanted to brew different types of tea. My FG has a very delicate pallet and she noticed immediately. We looked at spare parts on the Ninja website and a new tea filter basket and tea filter is $24. Nope. We rather get an electric kettle with infuser which brews the tea at a sustained water temperature. Which leads to the third and final reason we returned. The water starts to cool off the second it leaves the heating element in the machine. So, for a tea that has it best flavor at 180F, it should steep at 180F for 5 to 7 minutes. However, the water starts to cool off as much as 15 degrees by the time the steeping cycle is done, and the amount of steam that comes out if this machine could easily damage a cabinet over a long period of time. I tis best placed in an open area in your kitchen, not under a cabinet. We decided that for the best flavor experience, we should have a separate coffee and tea kettle. However, do not let this review stop you from pursuing this machine, as I am sure it would suite your needs and taste simply fine, if not better than what you have. We just happen to be extremely picky about how we enjoy our loose-leaf tea.

Love the system. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because when I used the tea, the water was not as hot as when I made the coffee. However, love the built in frother. It is an extra that I never knew I wanted until I had it.

Best choice made for a coffee maker it have a little milk mixer on the left so you can make your morning coffees as the starbucks for less very practical and you can make tea as well

This coffee maker has saved me a lot of money on coffee! I've only done the iced coffee options so far but I'm excited to try the milk steamer when it gets cold outside!

The coffee maker is decent, however there is a design flaw with the reservoir. It looks like it is one piece so when we went to fill it with water, we held it by the top, only to have the bottom fall out once the weight of the water got to a certain point. The plastic reservoir fell to the ground and broke. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so I tried contacting BB to return it but because I bought it on line they said I couldn't return it to the store and I was out of time to ship it back and get a new one by Christmas, so I contacted the manufacturer and they said they were sending a replacement reservoir, but it took over a month to get it. Merry Christmas on January 25!

After years of using a small cup coffee marker, I upgraded to this unit. This unit makes a variety of sizes. I have to say this has become my favorite coffee marker.
