I use this to make a pot or specialty drinks and the coffee always comes out great. The cold brew is a cool feature as well.

Not a bad coffee maker. Does all the things as advertised. The issue is for some reason it leaks water, not all the time but we can’t seem to figure out why.

I have one for myself and I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. If you’re a coffee or tea drinker this is a must

Great Machine, coming from a MR Coffee I could really taste the difference of how much better it brews a good bean.

I love this! It's great to make all sorts of drinks, hot and cold. I think it's perfect for a family or a single person. I took a star off because I think the temperature of the drink could be hotter.

I am so disappointed with this coffee maker. I purchased this machine and loved it for about 9 months when it started leaking and flooding my countertop! I returned it using our extended warranty and got the same model. Here we are 4 months later and the same thing is happening again! Maybe we just had bad luck with the two particular machines we purchased but I will be returning this coffee maker and going with a different machine.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Happy Wife, Happy Coffee. Pricey unit but well designed and great functions added to this coffee maker.

I really want to give this product 5 stars but just can't do it. It makes great, extremely hot coffee and brews tea perfectly. The problem is that the water tank leaks water everywhere. Sometimes it leaks and some times it doesn't. It's a deal breaker for me and is now just slightly past the date I can return it. It seems like someone should make good for it but hopefully the manufacturer will read this and let me know what can be done. This is a common problem. If someone doesn't do something, this will be my last Ninja product.

I love this coffee/tea machine. I love that there are 2 separate baskets for coffee and tea. There are also so many dang options!

Love this machine. Had to return the first one I received because it was defective but Best Buy got a new one sent to me quickly with no issue. Only negative is the frothier isn’t that great.
