just Amazing coffee maker, Coffee ready in minutes

This is my second ninja coffee maker and I am pleased with the quality and brand itself.

I love the different options of how to brew coffee and tea. However, when you set up delay brew, when it brews, it pops the cartridge out and stops brewing. Makes loud noises when it is brewing as well. Its hard to explain. Still love the machine.

I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s nice and fast. But in terms of quality of coffee it has a big lack of it. For “specialty coffee” is not even close to an expresso, I think this was a waste of money

Works well and does what it is supposed to but the cup of coffee it generates is just average and not really better than other you could get from a $20 coffee maker, which was a disappointment considering this specific coffee maker has a certificate for making a high quality cup of coffee.

The concept is great but their execution was lacking; the carafe dribbles on every pour, the tea setup was awfully restrictive and the frother was not long or strong enough.

At first it worked well for the first few months, later it began to leak a lot of water due to the condensation of the steam generated, which resulted in a puddle of water.

This coffee maker worked great for 3.5 months, but it started to let us down quickly. The coffee started to be filled with heavy amounts of grinds and the half pot would not fill. After the cycle completed we opened the filter and it was filled with water. This seems to be a common issue and the Ninja customer service failed to assist. They also want to charge you to send us a replacement and would not take the product back for a refund.

Into 3 months of ownership and the auto basket has failed twice flooding the kitchen and the cabinets below.

It was good while it was working. I've purchased this exact unit twice now and both times it eventually stopped working correctly for one reason or another. First time, I keep getting an error code. I cleaned everything and it worked again. After a bit of time the error came back and I wasn't able to make any more coffee. Second time, the no drip mechanism stops working, so it was impossible to brew coffee since water goes in and out immediately. It's really good when it works but I don't want to deal with having to return it or find out how to fix it every so often. Make sure you buy the warranty if you do end up buying this machine.

Its ok. the main issue I have is that it drips as it's brewing and makes a mess on the warming plate and my counter. it's not worth the money.

I have bought several coffee makers from bust buy . They never seem to last more then a few months. They leak, break, fall apart. I guess time will tell.

Bought this item on Sept. 8 and now it won’t turn on at all.

Mixed review on this one... Full carafe never properly fills. This might be a isolated issue, so most likely we are going to swap it out to try another.

I would give this a 0 star if possible. The first coffee maker I received would only let me run the clean cycle. It did not brew any coffee as the code “CnCL” would show up every time I tried. I returned the first one and received a replacement that did the same thing. I ran the clean cycle multiple times (4+) and used distilled vinegar in one of those cycles hoping it would solve the issue. Alas, to no avail. The same code “CnCL” would show up on the clock screen every single time I tried to brew coffee. Needless to say, I returned the second unit as well. I am beyond frustrated with this coffee machine. I’m so grateful for BestBuy’s return policy for this defective product.

Very loud and slow when brewing a pot of coffee. Water dripped out from the bottom of the reservoir even if not full.
