Poor coffee maker didn’t get coffee hot enough didn’t match up to my keuriq

I really want to love this machine. It has all the features I would want in a coffee maker but every cup tastes chalky. Tried cleaning with vinegar, rewashing the parts, still chalky. Will be exchanging for a new one hoping this one will be better.

DO NOT BUY! Seemed good at first. Its been less than a year and it's worthless. Water tank began randomly leaking a couple of months ago. Huge puddle all over the counter. Today water tank will no longer go into place at all. Now i have to emergency buy a different coffee maker.

Best coffee maker ever. Love the frother and iced tea or a variety of coffee. Love it

This is our second ninja hot/cold brew and while we loved using it they just don't last. The first one lasted a year but our second one lasted just over a month, 38 days to be exact.

Water container never emptied properly- needs to push start button 2 times to empty and would get error messages

The item leaks so bad!! So frustrating. Coffee all over counters .Not sure if mine is defective or just a poorly made product.

This is the 2nd Ninja coffee machine we have purchased and both quit working and they just don’t last.

Crap, they dont even package the orders, just ship it in the box. Ordered one, damaged, 2nd damaged as well. Im done with best buy.

The employee told me that's this coffee machine is duel voltage but terns out that's only 120 volt and now it's broken

It worked great for a couple mouths and now only makes sludge

I had my doubts about using it for tea but I am very pleased with the way it brews tea. I choose the "rich" brew and my tea tastes much better than my previous microwave method. I use different size mugs for my tea and coffee. A really nice feature is that the machine "remembers" my previous settings for both the tea and coffee brew baskets once they are inserted. I use different mug sizes for my tea and coffee and I brew my tea using the "rich" setting and I use "classic" for coffee so I don't have to remember to change the settings - it's all done for me. So far I have not used the carafe so cannot comment on that. I love this coffee and tea brewer!!

Easy to use and keep clean. Really good deal for a coffee maker that does it all.

Love everything about this updated model. This is my second Ninja. My older one finally died earlier this year and the updates to the knobs are better than the previous buttons. It still makes great hot and iced beverages.

Replacing today after 4 years of daily use. Options are very nice it just started making less and less coffee even after cleaning it.

It’s great for everything and it makes your coffee taste so much better. You won’t need anything else after this.

Coffee brew/flavor is great. That's about the single positive after my time with it. The drip cup built up coffee residue over time which is causing the drip cup to move or stick and spill coffee onto the warmer as it brews. There are 2 screws to remove the cup, both of them seem to be made of marshmallow and stripped before I even put any pressure on them. So now I'm stuck with a coffee pot that spills coffee everywhere just because they cheaped out on parts and made it impossible for me to spend 10 seconds cleaning and will instead have to buy a brand new one. In addition to that the plastic cover around the carafe is lose. who knows when it will fall off completely and break the entire thing; hopefully not while I'm trying to pour anything. I have to reset the clock weekly because it gets so far off from the correct time. If you overfill the reservoir even a sliver you run the chance of half the reservoir spilling out across your counter. These issues would be completely understandable, and even expected, from a $30 Mr Coffee, but I paid $200 for this trash. Real cool design.

I love that it can make up to 5 cups of coffee or tea at one time and it has a warmer to keep it hot
