I really like this. Makes great coffee. Love that youcan make cold brew.

Recently we redid our kitchen so I wanted to downsize our large Single serve maker which never really worked correctly anyway. I got a space saver single cup maker (big name brand) which again never worked right. I called the company to replace and they said they would and it never arrived. I figured it was the universe telling me I shouldn’t be using a kcup maker as it’s bad for the environment. I started doing my research and wanted a maker that I could use loose coffee, make a cup or a pot or a half pot and if I could also make tea on the occasion I drink it, that would be great. This came Ninja came up in my research as the best for my needs and wow it has not disappointed. It’s perfect. I had two different tea coffee holders that the system instinctively knows which is which. You can make single glass iced drinks or hot cups of tea or coffee and not have to throw out those plastic cups. I recommend using a cone filter for coffee as if you use the permanent filter that comes with it, there is usually sludge on the bottom of the cup. Then you can compost the whole filter and used coffee. If you are a tea drinker you can choose what type of tea it is and the water is heated appropriately. The coffee/loose tea scooper that is provided hooks on to the side of the maker conveniently so it doesn’t get lost. It’s easy to fill with water. Everything is great about this machine. I am so glad I bought it! And Best Buy shipped it super quick for free.

Must have for any tea and/or coffee drinker. The days of spending $6 at Starbucks are over. It's beautiful, easy to use, and oh boy, that preset brew timer for those 4am mornings. Lovely. There is a stainless steel version if you are the kind of person brew coffee and leave it on the warmer. If you do that I wouldn't get this as the glass will burn your drink but otherwise. JUST DO IT!!!!

Purchased a Cuisinart Duo last Nov. Water reservoir leaks, single serve cup splashes on counter top. Seems product had many complaints. Even an extended warranty is no longer avaible on this product. Used until August & exchanged for Ninja Duo, which is a wonderful coffee maker. Far superior to Cuisinart. Brews coffee, tea, lattes, single serve. No leaks or splashing. Very satisfied w/purchase.

After our Cuisinart coffee/hot water dispenser maker died (3 or 4th we've had over the last 10 years) we were ready to try something different. The recent build quality of the Cuisinart was going downhill and features from previous releases being withheld, we wanted something that went all the way with no compromise. We considered Keurigs and traditional drip systems. $300 was our max budget. This Ninja seemed to fit the bill with a reasonably nice countertop presentation (Love the lighted LED's) and functions (coffee and tea brewing). Let me tell ya, all the reviews don't do this machine justice. Changing the brew settings actually does make a difference and isn't just gimmicky! And we tried both loose leaf tea and bag tea, both were brewed to perfection with a wonderful robust flavor. My wife was a little dismayed on initial unboxing, concerned that it would be complicated to operate but after just 5 or 10 mins, was able to completely understand and put the many features to use. Our entire household loves it! The water container is SOO much easier to fill and having a filled reservoir that's always at the ready is amazing! Ninja really knocked it out of the park with this maker and it's well worth the cost! If I were to complain about anything it would be that I have to use a bottle scrubber to clean the pot but there's sooo much cheese to go with the whine that it barely registers as worth mentioning.

This maker has produced the best coffee I've made at home. I love the iced tea feature.

This is like the 3rd one of these we've had over the years - we can't find anything as good. It's always reliable, makes GREAT coffee, and has awesome features. Also, it should be stated that it gets repurchased because WE break it or because it dies of old age. Worth buying again and again because it DOES last a long time :)

so far the machine is great. K like the variety of drinks I am doing. I've been adjusting amounts of coffee and or ice to make it right for me. The frother works well. Sometimes the single cups could be a bit hotter i think. But I like to be able to make ice coffee and tea from the same machine. So far I like the machine. Seems built well dont feel flimsy. Very easy to use.

It was a Christmas gift for someone else. They love it and it works very well.

I love coffee, especially cold. I've wanted this system for a while now since I own other Ninja products (Foodie, XL Grill & XL Oven) and love them. After a failed attempt to purchase this coffee pot from Ninja themselves due to their attempt to deceive me (sold one product on website, sent something completely different-and lied about it), I found this for a better price at BB a few weeks after my attempt. The pros: I LOVE the Cold Brew and over ice options. It's easy to use and understand and I like that I can brew tea in a different basket as well. Making cold brew coffee and iced tea in a carafe is awesome. The brewing baskets clean up easily and it's easy to reassemble after washing. The cons: So when you cold brew, it heats water, fills the basket to soak the grinds and then dispenses in spurts to fill your glass/carafe. If I'm not watching, the brew baskets will pop out of place (after it attempts to dispense) which traps the water/coffee in the baskets because it becomes misaligned. This seems to be a poor design issue. Kind of annoying, but not something I can't live with. Also, although a minor issue for me, the chime that alerts you when brewing is done is not very loud. I own many Ninja products and by far this is the quietest alert. Otherwise I have no real complaints about the Hot & Cold Brewing system. I've had it now 3 weeks and have saved a ton of money making my coffees at home instead of spending $6-7 (plus tip!) at a coffee place three/four times a week I would suggest this system who will like the variety of brewing styles to shake up your coffee or tea routine.
