Not much of a coffee drinker, but my girlfriend got me into it. Bought this coffee machine for her and couldn't be more delighted. It is very easy to use, to clean and makes great coffee! I also love that it doesn't use pod since that contaminates our planet. Would recommend to anyone interested in spending some extra bucks for a better coffee machine.

I think that no do a function like expresso but iam wrong, is perfect

I love the options this coffee maker provides. It's great being able to switch between single-serve, carafe, or coffee and tea. Each cup I've had has tasted great, the coffee never comes out tasting burnt, and the filter does an excellent job of keeping grounds out of my mug. At the price point it would be great to have some smart features, like Bluetooth, but that's not too big a deal.

This was exactly what I was looking for to replace my 10+ year old Keurig. Switching between single serve and half/full carafes is easy. Got it on sale and don’t really need the milk froth or cold brew options, but it’s nice to have. Overall, the lights, buttons and knobs look overwhelming... but trust me when I say it’s easy to use

For the longest time I disliked the taste of drip coffee but this machine makes the most amazing pot I’ve ever had. Each cup and pot comes out exactly the same and tasting perfect every time. The settings allow you to brew hot or cold, for a cup or a pot. Even small cup sizes, large travel mugs, half pot and full pot. It measure it out perfectly if you want it hot or iced, so if you pour over ice it doesnt overflow. I use unsweetened vanilla coconut creamer and it tastes better than what I get from Starbucks, there’s no reason for me to ever go back unless to get their beans, especially now that their rewards are useless. The included filters are great so you don’t have to buy them yourself. I haven’t tried the tea part yet cause I have to find a good loose leaf. The only thing I regret is not getting it sooner. I also might be addicted to coffee now. Send help...

Very happy with my upgrade to this model. I only wish it came with a thermal carafe but i was able to use the one that came with last model. Ninja does a great job with their coffee machines. Its easy to use and makes good coffee.

AMAZING!!!!!! Works perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Hoping this curves my Starbucks addiction a little bit! Lol! Very sleek and modern design and also super easy to use! Totally recommend and also a must buy accessory is the “Over Ice Carafe.” I can have iced coffee ALL DAY LONG!

This Ninja is probably the best purchase I've made in the coffee department, and I've gone through multiple pod machines. I love the Cold Brew function and it's my go-to now, I also brew all my tea with it. Easy to unbox, setup, and start using. Really impressed so far.

I've had this coffee maker for about a year now. My quick overall opinion of this coffee maker would be - I'm very upset with it. I believe I paid over $200 for it. I was expecting better. When brewing a full pot, there's a solid 75% chance that the filter will overflow. The grounds and scolding hot water will pour out of the filter. I don't know how to put it in words very well. Typically, when brewing a full pot, all of the coffee should go in the pot. With this coffee maker, the reusable filter seems to get clogged and then it overflows. I clean the reusable filter, the device that holds the filter, and the pot after every batch of coffee made. Please do yourself a favor and look at another coffee maker. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS AGAIN. I'm actually in the process of looking for a new coffee maker. I'm really sick of Shark and Ninja products. I have a Shark vacuum and that thing barely works. Haven't had it longer than a couple years. I take very good care of the things I buy. I take care of them so they last a long time. It's very hard to get your moneys worth out of Ninja and Shark products.

Very great for home or work, the feature to make single or a whole pot is amazing, the froth works great and very easy to clean, having the tea feature is a good add just in case. The ability to make special coffee feature, is good very similar to French press. Overall no issues, you wont regret buying it

My first Ninja coffee bar lasted years. When the time came to replace it I knew I wanted the same brand. I brewed coffee on this new Ninja coffee maker and it is as great as expected. It is super simple to use and the option to brew tea is what I was waiting for from a coffee machine!

This replaced an old Ninja coffee bar. This has all of the features we could want. Hot and cold drinks, coffee and tea drinks, frother, etc. Quick and easy to use, easy clean-up. Would recommend.

I love this machine. The ability to make coffee, cold brew, tea etc. I especially like the options for how much coffee or tea you want to brew (cup, half pot, full pot). I haven’t tried the cold brew yet so can’t comment on that. The frother is an added bonus!

The original purchase for his product was to fulfill a gift registry. When I went to purchase at another retailer, they did not have in stock. I was on a time crunch as a last minute purchase. I asked if there were any others in stock at different locations in Omaha, NE. There were none and they wanted me to order and wait for shipment. I did not have time. So I just googled other retailers and Best Buy was right next door. They had one in stock and it was $80.00 less that the other store! It was an expensive item on the registry so I figured by not purchasing at the original location, I should be okay by not marking off the registry and the couple would most likely not get a duplicate. Well, I was correct and this gift was the best one purchased! The happy couple set up immediately and used it the very next morning. I got a very special "thank you" text. As each one got what they wanted to drink in the AM. One had coffee, the other had tea. One gadget does it all and helps to clean up the clutter in their home.

coffee hot or coffee cold it will never get old! I use this regularly to make individual cups of coffee or tea and it is wonderful! I used to use Keurig and overall I would recommend this over Keurig any and everyday
