Very fast brew times, and the filter-filling ergonomics are much improved. This machine is as simple as the single function Ninja coffee maker. The pot looks small in the picture, but it is a full 12-cupper. This is much simpler than the picture would suggest to those wary of multi-function machines. Improvements - swing out filter holder, large tap on metal filter screen for dumping grounds, number of scoops shown on the scoop, tight sealing lid, longer pot handle, slower pour spout. This is the 3rd Ninja coffee maker I have owned in many years and definitely the best. The improvements are many and I am very pleased. This pairs well with the Hamilton-Beach coffee grinder for an upgraded morning experience

Great coffee maker! I really enjoy the rich setting for hot coffee. Brings a lot more flavor out of the grounds than any other coffee maker I have tried. Super easy to clean and use.

We love our Ninja coffee maker!! We purchased this product because we wanted to have a coffee maker that can give us some variety. The normal functions to make traditional drip coffee are amazing. If you get some flavored coffee it works great on the rich setting. The system is super easy to use and we love the ability to make drip coffee sizes for not just pots but also individual cups. Often times allows my wife and I to have different types of coffee but still enjoy it together. We actually enjoyed this so much I suggested purchasing one for my workplace. The cold brew and over ice function are great. The only thing I wish is that it was a bit colder when it brews. It often times is still warm, that the ice we put in it gets melted and water downs the coffee. But in the grand scheme of things isn’t a big issue. But that’s the only reason I give this 4 stars and not 5. If your looking for a great machine that can make great quality coffee and is very easy to use that also give you variety of ways to make it. I highly suggest this machine. I hope this helps!!

Wife was looking for a new coffee maker, we have other Ninja products in household, so thought we would give it a try. She LOVES it. Great product at fair price. Would recommend.

This coffee maker has it all. Hot or Cold, Cold Brew. Various size single servings or a whole 12 Cup Carafe. It filled all the check boxes and works fantastically.

I really like this machine. This has been the best coffee machine that I've ever gotten. The only downside is that, the coldbrew option doesn’t make the slow brew well that it kind of promises, but not frequently making cold brew anyway.

This machine is so easy to use and makes the best coffee I have ever had I would never use anything else I really recommend it for everybody

I love the diversity of this coffee pot! We use every single setting. My daughter loves iced coffee. You can make one cup or travel mug without using plastic cups. It’s my new favorite ninja product.

Makes really good coffee/espresso drinks. I wish it had the attached frother, but still easy to use and looks good.

This coffee maker is great. It allows you to make a single serve, all the way up to a full carafe. Takes a week to figure out measurements for grounds and what ounce size to use for each mug or travel container. But overall i love it. Switched from a keurig duo to this. A little pricey but worth it if you are a big coffee drinker

I really enjoy this coffee machine. Brews well, brews hot, and looks nice. I like that the carafe is glass and that you can switch between brewing different size cups and even a half or full carafe. I also really like that it uses a permanent filter. On that note, though, the permanent filter does allow a fine silt to pass through into your cup/carafe. Not a huge deal, but it is something to consider. You could still use a disposable filter to eliminate that issue, but that also does defeat the purpose of having the reusable one built in.
