Replaced it with smaller blender set through Total-Tech membership warranty. Great service at my local Best Buy.

Wife's Xmas Present

I opened the package to ensure it was not visibly broken - all good! The quality seems to be top notch from the looks of it. My wife has always used cheap sunbeam products and really does not know what quality is all about. Hoping she loves this as much as I think she will!
