processor bowl cracks after two uses

When I opened it, the blender/ processor bowl had a couple of hairline cracks. A small portion of the box was ripped. I did not give it much thought. I have used the Ninja Mega kitchen blender just twice, and there are several hairlines and large cracks in the blender bowl. I am highly disappointed; all that glitter is not gold, after all. I will ask for a replacement.
