processor bowl cracks after two uses

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Ninja Mega kitchen to replace my 5-year-old Ninja Master Prep Pulsating Blender that still works. When I opened it, the blender/ processor bowl had a couple of hairline cracks. A small portion of the box was ripped. I did not give it much thought. I have used the Ninja Mega kitchen blender just twice, and there are several hairlines and large cracks in the blender bowl. I am highly disappointed; all that glitter is not gold, after all. I will ask for a replacement.

Powerful but scary

The blade are so sharp that I cut myself the first time I washed it. The downside I found is that it doesn't yield the smooth texture you get with cheaper products.
