I typically buy blenders around the $30-$70 price range so this was a bit of a splurge for me but I hit tired of replacing blenders every year or two. The shake attachments are very convenient and having two types of blending containers is fantastic for recipes that require more than one thing blended or mixed for a recipe.

Good basic multipurpose blender
