User friendly is an understatement, as the steps are logical and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Good machine for coffee & expreso lovers

I have to hold the entire machine just to turn it. It does not do that when you make expreso. Only with classic coffee.

The Best Cup of Joe

The coffe is always hot and tastes delicious. I find myself drinking more than one cup a day and saving so much money since I’m no longer stopping at Dunkin or Starbucks. This espresso machine gives my coffee so much more flavor than previous ones I’ve tried.

Also -- be aware you must use fresh beans, preferably within the last month (i.e. support your local roaster).
