Makes an awesome hot cappuccino and latte. But wished the frother wasnt so loud.

This coffee machine makes it very easy for those just getting into making your own coffee from whole beans

We returned this item primarily because the grinder spilled expensive coffee instead of keeping the coffee where it belonged. However, the coffee it made was very good. One other negative issue was the complexity of selecting coffee options. Good design would have allowed one to setup a coffee option profile and then simply push the start button. Instead, one must make the same complex selections again and again each time coffee is made.

A really good machine. I'm coming from the lower version, which I loved. I gave it to my father, and I bought this version because of the new features, like hot water and the built-in dumper. It was truly what I was looking for. An important point for new users is to make sure that whatever coffee they use is freshly ground coffee available for sale in their area.

Amazing machine. Once you learn the basics, it is not hard to use and the quality is very good. Even the coffee produces a taste with much more flavor than it had previously in our drip machine.

I purchased this coffee maker after an issue with my Café Semi Automatic espresso machine. The Ninja Pro Series Espresso Machine exceeded my expectations. Setting up the machine requires you to calidrate the machine to your water hardness and to your coffee beans. The coffee machine ends up making recommendations on the coffee grind based on your selection. Lastly, the built in tamper is such a nice feature that greatly reduces coffee from falling out.

No need for Starbucks anymore! This machine allows you to make coffee shop drinks with ease!

Overall this was a great purchase! However, the grind setting and tamping has to be just right for the best outcome. Seems to me as the water pressure should be higher. I could not find the Bar for this unit. Also, I would have like to see a cup warmer that actually preheats my coffee cup before use.
