Beautiful looking, poor performance

The time to brew the coffee and then wait to froth the milk was 4-5 minutes. I’ve been using the delonghi rivelia and the drinks come out delicious every time. I really wanted to love this but it’s back to delonghi for me.

I love this machine!!

After brewing dozens of espresso shots and drinks, I’m genuinely impressed by how easy it is to use and how consistent the results are. The Ninja LUXE Café Pro makes it simple to create coffee-shop-level drinks right at home. I've brewed everything from simple americanos all the way through cold press and everything turned out better than my expectations. By far my favorite part is the built-in grinder and scale. They are surprisingly accurate and super convenient, I was easily able to tune and adjust my grinds to fit my preferences and it remembered it for future brewing. I also appreciate the easy frother, which makes milk prep quick. The whole thing is like having a coffee shop right in my kitchen. I’ve been having fun experimenting with different beans and recipes, and the machine handles everything I throw at it with ease. It also looks great on the counter. It has a modern, sleek design considering all that it does. We'd previously been a Nespresso house but after this we are never going back.

Not what I hoped for

And the water reservoir leaked underneath after about five days. The coffee grind was excellent, and the coffee itself tasted good.

Defective out of the box; BestBuy useless

Shoddy Customer Treatment

Morning Game Changer!

Nothing fancy. Fast forward to now, and you’d think I’ve stepped into a café every morning. That’s thanks to the Ninja Luxe Café Pro Series 4-in-1, a coffee system that’s basically the holy grail of home brewing. I’ve had it for about 1 month now, and it has earned its prime real estate on my kitchen counter. As a homemaker, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. So, having a coffee machine that actually works with me instead of Right out of the box, the first thing I noticed was how solid this machine feels. It’s made of stainless steel, with a modern, professional look that makes me feel like a real barista. It doesn’t feel flimsy or plasticky like some machines I’ve used in the past. It’s got a bit of weight to it, which I actually like—it doesn’t slide around, and it looks gorgeous on my counter. Setup wasn’t hard at all. The manual was clear (though I’ll admit I watched a couple of YouTube videos, just to be sure I was doing it right). Once I had everything in place, I couldn’t wait to start experimenting. The 4-in-1 versatilityis awesome! I didn’t want to buy four separate machines—one for espresso, one for drip, one for cold brew, and one for frothing milk. The Ninja does it all in one unit. Espresso Mode is what I use almost every day. The espresso comes out rich, hot, and with that beautiful crema on top. It has a built-in tamper, which is something I didn’t even know I wanted until I had it. Makes you feel like you’re really crafting your cup, and not just pushing buttons. I have used the Drip Coffee option when we have family or friends over (or when my husband is up early for work), the drip coffee option is great. You can do a full pot or just a single cup. And the flavor is noticeably better than my old drip machine. It doesn’t taste burnt or bitter—it’s just smooth and flavorful. The cold brew feature was a huge bonus. I love iced coffee, especially in the summer, but I hated having to make it the night before. With this, I can have cold brew in under 15 minutes. And it’s not just “iced coffee”—it’s legit cold brew. Smooth, low-acid, and delicious. The hot brew option is great when you want a stronger cup without going full espresso. Ohhh the frother. Let me just say: this is a hands-free frother. You don’t have to stand there like a barista with a milk wand. You set it up, walk away, and come back to perfectly frothed milk—hot or cold. I use this for lattes, cappuccinos, and sometimes just for warm milk. It’s a total win. Another standout feature is the grinder and scale combo. The grinder is adjustable, so you can get the right coarseness whether you’re doing espresso or drip. And the built-in scale? Genius. I used to eyeball everything and hope for the best, but now I know I’m using the exact right amount of grounds every time. Cleaning is actually pretty easy. The parts come apart intuitively, and most of the removable pieces are dishwasher-safe (though I usually rinse them by hand). It has a cleaning alert so you know when it’s time to descale, which I appreciate because I used to forget all the time. I clean the frother regularly. It’s easy to use, beautiful to look at, and most importantly, it delivers amazing coffee in every form. It’s become part of my daily routine, and honestly? It brings me a little joy each morning—and in the middle of a busy home life, that’s priceless.

Stick with Nespresso!

I followed all the initial setup steps, including the three “throw away” shots, and by the fourth, I was ready to make my first latte. Unfortunately, it turned out super bitter—even using Starbucks Pike Place beans. After doing some research, I realized I should probably be using fresh, locally roasted beans. I picked up a bag from a local shop and gave it another try, repeating the test shots. Still, I couldn’t get it right. My grind size stayed at 17 with both sets of beans, which seemed way too coarse based on everything I read. Maybe it was user error, maybe it was the machine—but either way, it was frustrating. In the end, I returned it and went back to my trusty Nespresso, which I still absolutely love.

Disappointing

It was so inconsistent and the coffee just was bitter or not even close to the amount it should be dispensing. Returned after a week of having it and will buy something else. Bought on sale and didnt feel it was worth it. Definitely not worth full price.

Excellent all-in-one system.

I had one of their Coffee Bar's for years now that has served me well and done all I could ever ask of it. I had a separate Espresso maker from another manufacturer but I really wasn't using it much cause it was just a hassle to have to juggle 2 separate machines. Queue up the Ninja - Luxe Café Pro. This thing has been fantastic. I've not yet dove into more of the fancier drink making options, but of what I have made, it's been an excellent experience. I really appreciate the ease of use the system offers. From the built-in grinder to the easy to use frother (something I struggled with on the dedicated espresso machine I have), it's all just been so intuitive. No guess work needed when it comes to frothing. Fill the pitcher with the desired amount, put it on it's place, press a button and that's it. Takes about a minute or two and you've got your desired consistency. You have different settings for the type of drink you want. I've made numerous drinks at this point, a lot of those being Cappuccino's, Iced Coffee's and they've all come out fantastic. The system does seem on the pricey side, but you're getting a lot here. There's a Conical Burr grinder with an integrated Tamper, an espresso machine, a coffee maker that can make whatever you desire and very excellent quality frother. If you were to do all this separately, I'm sure you'd be spending well more than $750. This is by far an excellent option especially if your limited on space. I am beyond happy with this thing and foresee it getting as much use as my still working 5+ year old Ninja Coffee Bar.

Excellent quality coffee & espresso

We maintained it based on the manufacturer guidelines but it just didn't work well any more. We've been reading about Ninja products lately and how they have developed some innovative products over the last few years. We decided to try the Lux Cafe Pro Series 4. We have been impressed with the machine since we put it into use. We like the versatility of the machine as it can make espresso, latte, coffee as well as hot water. We have been using a stand alone hot water machine but the Ninja has eliminated the need for a separate device on our countertop. We like the design of the Ninja Pro. The silver and black colors fit in great with our kitchen design. We like how there are buttons and dials - without the touch screen functions as touch screen seems to be overused in recent years. The quality of the coffee and espresso has been excellent (far better than our high-end machine). The setup of the machine was straight forward and easy but there are a lot of parts to learn how to use. One feature that is a great one is the option to use dairy cream or plant based milk. We use plant based milk so this was a nice surprise. We recommend this device for anyone in the market. It is worth your time to compare this device with the high-end brands.

The item is a good concept but needs more improvement with the grinder blades and the boiler. I had two within less than a year.

Don’t buy!

Takes forever to heat, leaks all over the counter and constantly dropped espresso grounds all over the counter as well. The spill tray is extremely small as well and needs emptied almost every 2-3 uses. Go get a breville machine instead, they’re much better.
