It’s alright but not worth $500+

Also the bean grinder can’t get clogged up after awhile so make sure to clean that regularly and also dump the water trey out or you’ll get a flood from the bottom

Great coffee

Honestly if you’re a coffee connoisseur am pretty sure you wouldn’t even look at this machine. I have my coffee with milk usually so maybe my taste is not as refined but once you add milk you can’t tell the difference between this machine and my 150 dollar machine. The espresso by itself actually tasted worse than with my cheaper machine . Overall I don’t think it’s worth 500 dollars worth if you drown your coffee with milk anyway.

Great coffee tasting coffee but...

The consistency and taste of the coffees and espressos were great. However it does come with quite a bit of work compared to a fully automatic. I ended returning the unit and paying a bit more to get a fully automatic machine due to the amount of work to both make the coffees or espressos and the cleanup involved.

Good product but poor customer service

It is perfect and versatile. I realized I wanted something targeted just for espresso, though. I contacted Best Buy to see if I could still return the item since it was 2 days past my return time frame. I assumed it would be okay since it was just 2 days, but instead of giving me an extension, I was offered their annual membership, which offered me no solution to my current problem. I’ve been a Best Buy credit holder for years and was very disappointed.

Broke after a week with no warning

I was able to grind the bean but when I went to brew the espresso it would pull the water and pause for about 2 minutes before reading er 14. Unfortunately I could either return it to Best Buy for a new one or the same option through ninja but ninja would’ve taken 2 weeks for the new one and only a week through Best Buy. Hopefully I have a better experience with my replacement. Customer service for the broken machine was good.

Don’t spend the money

BEWARE doesn't make SINGLE shot espresso.

It makes perfect doubles, but does not come equipped with a SINGLE basket, and it's not even available on the market. So if you only drink double-shots, enjoy, otherwise wait until they release a version with a single basket.

It was great, but only for 5 weeks

The grinder had issues and would only recommend a grind size of 1, regardless of the bean. This is a known issue that I discovered by doing a Google search. A Ninja customer service agent confirmed the issue and said that they will send us a new one. Sounds great! Well, I'm not 10 days without a coffee machine because Ninja won't ship your new one until their warehouse receives your old one. This is a very poor process because the customer is the one being burdened. Not only by purchasing a new faulty $500 coffee maker, but by having to pack it up, take it to FedEx, then wait for Ninja to confirm that it arrived at their warehouse before shipping out a new one. I'm not sure if it could get any worse.

Don't waste your money on this machine

The only thing good about it is the appearance

Good but leaking water
