works great and I can get barista quaity drinks without much expereince!

Have it for about a month and zero regrets. From cappucino to drip coffee to iced caramel machiatos very easy to use. The drip tray needs to be emptied often but no big deal. Always use fresh whole beans from local roaster stay away from the store shelf beans.

I am extremely pleased with this product. I consider myself an Americano person; however, with this machine I have been preparing a great variety of coffees for the family and me. I deeply recommend it.

Great product. We had to get the 4 in 1 becuase the 3 in 1 does not come with hot water dispenser. Sometimes we need instant coffee, and having the ability to just have hot water is a plus.

Easy to maintain, very straight forward and makes great coffee with minimum mess

Pretty convenient. Makes a good espresso and is easy to clean. The barista assist generally recommends a good grind for whatever different basket you're using although I've had a few issues with the luxe basket where it was initially recommending a grind size far too fine.

This thing has all the bells and whistles. I haven't had an opportunity to make all the variety of drinks but so far this thing is the best.

I love this to the fullest. I been wanting a espresso machine for a while now and decided to buy this one because is my first one ever, my wife and I couldn’t have started with a better one. Is easy and quick to make but the only thing is hard to clean at first you get use to it

It was easy to learn all the options of drinks as a newbie to espresso drinks. This machine can do both espresso and coffee drinks. Not to mention the amazing steaming and forthing capability. The only problem that I have is deciding what to make because my favorites are flat white, cappuccino, and americano. **note: make sure you follow the directions on how to callibrate at first because I was having trouble with the first machine and returned it to exchange for another when maybe it was because I did not follow all the directions. The first machine kept grinding too much coffee and would overflow. Now my second one is fine.

This coffee machine is easy to use. I dont need to do anything and it takes care of it all.

We are very pleased with our purchase so far, and love all the options it has.
