This is my 1st manual espresso machine and really wanted to like it. It's actually very good at doing decent espresso shots of different size. It's good at milk frothing too. No complains there. It's having serious issues with drip coffee getting the grinding size right and with cold drinks outputs. It also makes a mess with powder under portafilter and access water in the tray. Frustrating..

We are espresso newbies so we love that the grinding, tamping and steaming is all in one. After visiting Europe and our Airbnb had an espresso machine, we were hooked. Getting freshly roasted beans locally makes it even better. So many options on this one machine.

My biggest issue is the temperature just isn't hot enough. If you can't get the liquid piping hot then nothing else matters. The drip tray also leaks a bit, though I can live with that. It would be nice to be able to switch beans without having to grind what's already in the hopper but not a deal-breaker for me. The price is just way too high for not being able to get the coffee hot enough. Aside from the lack of heat, it's a nice machine but I wouldn't buy it again until they can get the temperature issue figured out.

Frother is slow. Takes almost 2 minutes to froth milk. You can't do more than one action each time. Other than that, great product

This is the second Ninja Espresso machine I’ve owned in less than a year. The second was purchased from Best Buy. Ninja has not worked out all the constant issues with the machines. The first had a leaking reservoir and the second has had a constant issue with the grind setting not functioning properly or producing the correct grind amount. I’ve trouble shoot it so many times, spoken with Ninja and the issue has not been resolved. I’m now past the 60 day window to return the machine so I’m stuck with it.

Very nice coffee and espresso to make hot and cold brewing

I loved everything and couldn't be happier with this unit. It could use a larger bean holder. But i have doubled my coffee consumption since buying this unit. Maybe that's the reason. Great Job Ninja

The grinding part is very complicated and gets stuck many times even though im using good fresh beans, i still like it but for the price I paid I expected better

Just amazing, I truly love this espresso maker. It is so simple to us. Offers so many features and all at a touch of a button. I've made cappuccinos, lattes, and much more.

Seriously this thing is practically idiot proof. We have had friends over and they have loved the drinks we have made them. Saving a ton of money on coffee now and have not been to Starbucks since.

The machine is fine. It is the time it takes to make coffee. It looks fun at the beginning, but it wears out really fast. I bought a lot of accessories for it as well t.
