    Great machine overall, but I did have to utilize my insurance on this product and take it back to store an exchange due to a bad heating element that popped up after 4 months of use.

    The machine itself is not too bad; you need to learn how to set up the milk frothing, otherwise you'll have room temperature milk, the thickness is not as they describe it, is more watery; it wouldn't let you make a drip-coffee without the "luxe" size. So honestly I'd go with another brand.

    We bought this machine to replace our old Terra Kaffe, for the price we thought we would give it a try but honestly, I don’t like how the coffee taste. I’ve tried to love it, but I’d rather go to Starbucks, then make my own coffee at home.. my husband likes it doesn’t love it, but I don’t like it at all. Honestly, I would get something else. It’s really to the point machine nothing very special or grand but for the price point it’s OK.

    It was what I was looking for, it works excellent, you can heat your milk and prepare your coffee at the same time, it doesn't make much noise, more than normal.

    Brews good coffee, nice coffee grinding features. I am a little concerned since i have had it for 2 weeks roughly and the coffee bean filter is already seemingly getting loser and i have had it leak pressure. For that price that should not happen.

    The Ninja makes good espresso and coffee but it is a very thirsty machine. The drip tray gets filled with water just in days.
