I’ve already use the food processor to make crust for a cheesecake I made and it saved me sooooo much time! We use the blender regularly for our smoothies as well :-)

Poor Durability and Customer Service

When I contacted customer service, they said the blender container wasn’t covered under warranty and told me to buy a new one. The main motor unit also became noticeably louder after just one year of use. Very disappointing quality and support.

It’s genuinely disappointing to hear that the food processor bowl of your processor bowl cracked after just a year of use, and that the rotating blade section came apart. On top of that, the motor becoming noticeably louder over time adds to the frustration, especially when you’ve invested in a product that’s meant to offer durability and convenience.
It’s even more disheartening to learn that customer service wasn’t able to offer support under warranty, leaving you with the unexpected cost of replacing parts. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps highlight areas where both product quality and support can be improved.

They love to cook and make new dishes and of course everyone likes fruit drinks, so therefore this was my choice for them, and they love it . That's the feedback I was looking for.

Great All In One System

Blades break down ice and oddly shaped foods easily. Very happy I got it! Food processor attachment is great - if you're looking to cut down on kitchen appliance clutter, try this.

The motor on it is very powerful, but be careful, the blades are extremely sharp! I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a great multi-purpose machine.
