    I've used this system for everything from bread/pie dough, to processing tomatoes for canning, works well, only issues are, there is no way to add ingredients to the processor on the fly and if a liquid does happen to overflow into the base unit, it is not easy to clean. The safety features are a big plus, (internal brake stops the blades if you open the top while unit is on).

    This one was picked out by my wife. Over the years she has found more and more uses for a food processor. This one actually replaces two small appliances for us as this is both a food processor and a blender. So far she loves it. The only reason it gets only 4 stars instead of 5 is that our old processor had shredder blade that is not offered on this model.
