    Bought this to replace the kitchen ninja that was on its last leg. I was extremely disappointed that they shrank the size of the single server smoothies cup to something laughable. To go from offering 3 different sizes with the largest being in the area if 24ozs, to this is absurd. Very disappointed

    I’m a best buy member, I have the warranty on my blender. I have had it since 2022. I returned it because it was making a noise. I wanted to exchange it. When I came up to the cashier I was only given the option for store credit. When i purchased it was on sale so because it was $100 they wouldn't exchange it. I’m unhappy. What’s the whole purpose of paying yearly to get this warranty.

    My daugher in law returned this after asking for it as a gift. I have no idea how to rate it. Might be fine....it was never opened. Ordered on-line, returned to store. Return services were good, that's a plus.

    Not much bad I can say about the Ninja system. I do wish it had the auto IQ but for the price I paid for this one, it's definitely a step up from my old topper one.
