The blender is good but doesn’t blend everything the way I thought it would. Still a good blender though. A bit pricy but still a good choice.

Love it so far, especially the safety features. Really powerful motor and right size for both everyday use as well as entertaining.

I really don't like this blender. I know it has a powerful blender motor, but I guess that's also part of the problem. This is way too strong and everytime I use the "single serve" option I jump because it unlocks during use if you pulse it more than 2 or 3 times (the single serve you have to press and hold)... I'ts as if the motor is way too powerful to be holden by the single serve blade. And as the majority of the time I 'm preparing a single serve I don't want to go through the trouble of using the big main container. Also, the big container is good for bigger quantities but for small ones like 1 cup of milk and one banana for example, the blades don't chop the banana well because of the position the blades are in. So if you are thinking of buying because you have a big family, maybe that's ok for you but to use mainly the single serve option I would'nt buy.

This kitchen system does it all. We use it daily to make single serving smoothies.

A piece of my product was broken on arrival and I had no problem with them replacing the product and me returning the broken piece

I would recommend to anyone looking to chop ice in a hurry or make smoothies. The cups that come with don't leak onto the machine

Nice overall but the cups were too small compared to the massive size of unit.

Its good and easy to use. Its have many jars which can be use for multi purpose.
