I do not recommend this blender. The blades are incredibly sharp and will cut you if you merely touch the blade. This makes it very difficult to clean.

This blender works great. It is very powerful, it will blend up anything, it is versatile and smoothies are so good for you. We even purchased a food processor/cheese grater attachment (have to purchase directly from ninja) and it works terrific. The only complaint is that it is very noisy, even to the point of insanity. All the other comparable, expensive blenders are quite loud also. There was a problem with the blade base for the small, single serving blender containers. I called the manufacturer to get a replacement blade base and they sent me a completely new blender and full set of blender containers. They also sent me a return label for the old unit and accessories. Once I received the new unit and set it up, full knowing that it was working well, I sent the old back. That is one of the best warranty return customer service experiences I have ever had with any company. The only other companies that have comparable warranty service is Apple and Nintendo.

Good. I had to replace it once. It seems to struggle with full small caps. Smell to burn out if using too long

They just don’t make things the way they use to. I got this and returned it immediately. It felt like a toy and so noisy. I guess nowadays you gotta spend the big bucks for glass aka the good stuff.

Works great for making more smoothies and also baby food

Has the power to blend anything you want. The multiple options are very useful. Great birthday present to my wife who enjoys an energy shake every morning

We snagged this on sale, as our old one stopped working. We have made smoothies and it works wonderfully. We have yet to use the food processor but i i super excited to try it out making pesto and doughs.

I like Ninja products. But the product life isn’t long as I expect.

This blender started creating problems within 6 months itself. Smaller bottle didn't even last 3 months and it lost its shape because of which it didn't close. Now i have this useless piece sitting at home and I don't even use it.

Already replaced pitcher because handle keeps breaking away from it.

My package did not have the bowl which was suppose to have been in the package . Other than that the blender itself is great.

Good. Not best. Expensive for what it does. I returned one (thank you best buy for your wonderful protection plan) because it won't start unless a button on the lid sits right. It broke. Or something. It stopped turning on. It only has a couple of speeds as well
