My husband decided to purchase this for me after I had expressed interest in a Blendtec and he saw reviews about how comparable the Ninja is for less money, but I was not impressed.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. It failed right after teh two year warranty expired. Ninja won't help. If you don't buy direct from Ninja you have to go through Best Buy for warranty help and returns, What a piece of junk. It failed after two years. I have a Cuisinart that's twenty years old and still going strong.

Bought for margaritas and it just doesn’t crush up ice completely.

Yes it has nothing to do with the blender but i caught your attention. It's a great product. Very solid. Doesn't last that long, that's the only thing.

When I picked up the first time, the bow had a crack. I have to get in a long line waiting for the exchange.

It is a good blender and its is less thane what I thought button wise so don't expect an extravagant blender. haven't had it long enough too tell how it holds up

Base only worked one time and stopped working after started

Used once and plastic container stared deteriorating. I was able to teturn it for something different.

I got this whole set for 100 bucks! The quality is great, and the single serve cup is so convenient. Watch out, the blades are sharp.

Doesn't blend the sauce I always make like in a normal blender. And when is in full motion and the jar is locked it leaks . The smoothie cups are great.

I have not yet used my purchase due to recovering from an injury. Hopefully will begin use in March

One of the snaps on the bottom was torn when I got it other then that I am in love with it.

I researched many different blenders. This has some very good reviews. It will blend and do most things. However, the gears and most moving parts are plastic. I found that to be very troubling - one bad drop and you could have a problem. The blender did not blend leafy veggies like spinach and left large chunks so not very appetizing. I returned it the next day and Best Buy was great - no questions just my money back. Great service!

I just got my second set as my fist didnt stand up to the dishwasher as stated. Ninja was willing to sell me another bowl for $35, but i got the whole set on sale for $99 and have lots of spare parts now. Works great, but you have to clean it witout any excess heat.

I bought this and around 8 months of light use after we bought it, the bottom of the food processor bowl cracked and the blade mechanism broke off at all 4 screws, looking closer the base of the blender is cracking and would probably break soon as well. I do not recommend this product, I like other ninja products, but this is a shoddy piece of equipment.

Love the attachments. And the three blades crush(obliterate) the ice making fantastic smoothies!! Recommend it to anyone!

It works but it only lasted a year before I had to replace parts one by one starting with the main pitcher that started to leak.

Bought this brand new in a sealed box. Got it home and hooked it up to make a smoothie. Once it was turned in I heard grinding and it shook uncontrollably. After shutting it off and pouring the smoothie into a cup I could see metal shavings floating. The gears grinder so badly it ripped pieces off the teeth. Returned it the next day.

Upon opening the box yesterday , one of content was cracked, I feel so disappointed.
