Nice blender. But I don't really find myself using it.

This is my second ninja sets can’t stop using it. Don’t like mixing fruits and pepper.

I like that it has sharp blades but the motor it's way too loud.

Do not get this blender unless you want your fingers to be deeply cut. I purchisased this blender for family for Christmas. The actual blender was not opened until after Christmas. After noting the warning labels regarding sharp blades, I tried removing the blender only to be cut deeply on my finger. The blender was not used at that time. A family memeber tried to use it more recently and was cut deeply on several fingers. been used and it is beyond the refund dealine to return it to Best Buy. : (

I was actually very disappointed with the blender. It doesn’t blend the way I would like it too. I feel like it needs more force, but to each his own.

I did not order this item but I received a notice that someone in New Jersey received it. I have contacted you three times explaining the issue and I was told I do not have an active account with you but I still keep getting messages about this transaction

The one year warranty states over and over again how they choose what constitutes a covered issue. You pay for shipping both ways they want 19.99 for return shipping. All parts must be included and packed well or no repair. Horrid as seen on TV company.

It was worth the smount i paid and it was a good product to have

I am going to have to return it this week. This is one of the most dangerous consumer products ever made. The concept and design is fair, but you do not have to be wearing a large protective gloves in your own kitchen to have been slashed or loosing your fingers by the sharp loose blades of the blenders. I have used it twice and can never allow my children or my wife to use it especially in this corvid19 era that you cant go to the hospital for slashing you fingers in your own kitchen. This product should be pulled from the market immediately to avoid court cases and claims form consumers. It is not easy to use, load , or even clean. This is a dangerous merchandise for our community.
