It's good for household use only. I tried used at work but it's not good for commercial use.

No longer turns on after only 6 months of residential use. Very disappointed.

It doesn't blend correctly. Not good for ice. Not even a salsa. It left big crumbs.

Useless. Doesn’t make pure or powders. Except for the smoothie jars nothing else works.

I bought the mega kitchen system with very poor blending, hoping to get a better result than regular blenders, but it didn't come out smoothly.

I bought this in 2015 mainly for smoothies but it was defective from day one and did not work, I was new in the country and did not know the return policy. too late now :(

Did not like this blender/processor started off good and stopped working wish I could have returned it but was too late don't waste your money on this product defective and dangerous as the blade is very sharp.

Missing the lid to the blender, no booklet. Tried contacting, no success Tried to order different lid. Did not fit. Can't find # for correct lid. Ordered on line. Very disappointed

Not worth it for the money I paid . A 40 dollars blender is much better then Ninja

Blender doesn't blend well. Chili seeds and skin don't blend right.

Attachments are repetitive. Each one does exactly the same thing as each other. Better off buying just a regular food processing machine.

Item was missing the main mixing container. Waited a month to open it for Christmas. Ridiculous!

Not impressed I loved this thing until is stopped working within the first month of owning it.

After fighting with our old Oster blender, we decided it was time to invest in another blender that could make a decent smoothie and be easy to clean. We researched blenders on the market and were impressed with the comments and rating of the Ninja. We do a lot of baking, so we were also interested in the food processor accessory. Everything about this system is awesome! Makes a great smoothie and we chopped nuts in the processor. We ordered it on Wednesday at 5:30 pm and it arrived 2:30 pm on Friday. No shipping cost and fantastic delivery time. Will definitely consider Best Buy again. Price was cheapest anywhere. Also purchased the protection plan for $29.99 for 2 years - BB will replace if anything happens to this bad boy. Definitely substantial. Really strong suction cups that hold it to the counter for stability. And blades are super sharp - blood has already been shed. Bottom of container is large and flat so it's easy to load and clean. Frozen fruits don't get bogged down. We are really satisfied so far.

the big blender is starting to not blend as good as it did at first wish I could return and get my $ back
