Broken tumbler, product returned for refund. Returns Associate was helpful, unlike an associate I encountered when I attempted to pick up another on-line purchase.

The box came opened and there are pieces missing from my package. The blender is not complete

The cup fell from 2 feet and broke in half. Horrible.

The pitcher is made up of cheap plastic. The grind doesn't work at all.

Absolutely love my Ninja. It is better than what I expected. Blends and chops everything very easily. It’s a lil louder than what I expected but doesn’t need to be on long due to very fast blending process. Blades are very SHARP so be careful when washing n drying your blades. Would definitely recommend this item.

I've only used the food processor and it seems to work really well. I appreciated the large, wide bowl and how quiet it was for a 1500 watt machine. I like to multiple blades--it made easy work of processing seafood for my seafood sausages and I liked that it also came with a small, individual cup for blending a single serving instead of having to use the large pitcher. I also liked that it only had 4 buttons--mix, blend, crush, and single serve. My old blender had 10 buttons which I thought was overkill. What I didn't like--all the nooks and crannies there were in the bowl and blades. Even after soaking for several hours and vigorous scrubbing with a sponge there were still bits stuck in the corners of the bowl and blade. It took 3 passes with a soft toothbrush to completely get everything off.

This blender has some serious power. It blends (destroys) anything you put into it. It's very safe and it doesn't move from place to place - despite its power. It is pretty loud though but it's to be expected from such a machine.

The blade was too sharp I cut my hand a couple of times trying to clean it.

Have smoothies everyday, always for Breakfast. Easy to clean, durable and powerful!
