Over not happy with the product for what we wanted to do. It's definitely sharp. But found the rest of it cheaply made and awkward, as far as cleaning etc. Saving up for a vitamin.

This was my second Ninja blender, but I won't buy another one. It has the SAME problem as the first one: it doesn't make smoothies SMOOTH. There are always bits and pieces of fruits and veggies, regardless of how long I run it. The best smoothie blender I've ever owned was a Blendtec.

After trying out my first smoothie, this thing has it. The chopping is on point; everything is well chopped into pieces. I had not tried out mixing dough yet.

I love this blender. You can mix dough and other stuff.

The blades are not attached to the blender, so you need to remove before you pour. You could get cut, if you forget to take them out first.

While it's great because it has a big pitcher, the pitcher is really a dump. It's not good to blend hot liquids. The pitcher starts cracking after 5 months. The blender doesn't blend stuff very well neither. Don't waste your money on this blender. My Oster blender did a better job then this piece of junk.

I bought this Ninja blender—which wasn’t cheap, by the way—and unfortunately, it’s impossible to use. It makes such a deafening, ear-splitting, thunderous, piercing, and blasting noise that it hurts my ears and wakes up all my neighbors!

Better blender I could not buy. I'm lovin 'it !!!!

It blends well, but my drinks leaked when I turned on the ninja, making a big mess; although the seal was in and it was closed tight. After minimally using the ninja for a year, there was a spark & smoke as it died. I don’t like spending my money on a product that only last a year.

Awesome blender, to my opinion the best out there!

I've owned now for two years and had to replace the food processor bowl TWICE!!! I can't explain it, but because of what I'm assuming is the torque, or maybe I'm just chopping too many onions, the screws shear off at the base of the bowl rendering it useless. I've read other comments either here, or Amazon, or probably both, where people have complained of the same thing.

Purchase blender in 2017, didn't start using it until 2018..The blender cracked and I tried to get Ninja to replace the blender and they made me pay half for a replacement..Now I've had the replacement for 3 months and it's already cracked and leaking. The plastic blender is not worth the money and a very bad product.

Ninja never disappoints. So much features and such an affordable price!

Broke down after 1 year. I was foolish enough to purchase another one and the same thing happened. I rarely use the device yet it still manages to break down for no reason. Never again.

The only blender which works for me is the small juicer or smoothie maker. The bigger container/blender or the mixer/processor does not work for me.. When ever i try to blend it is grainy, i blame the blade system..... it is for a reason why high quality blender like vitamix still have their blades at the bottom (it is basic law of gravity bi***)... Ninja makers never understood law of gravity and designed the blades flying around this does not blend your stuff right..
