DO NOT BUY! I bought this product seven months ago and it is now completely unusable. Both the food processor and blender jugs cracked at the bottom, and the food processor built up a brown disgusting gunk in the bottom. We had only used it about ten times! I only just realized another review posted pictures of the exact same problem. That might not have been so bad if it hadn't been for the absolutely useless customer support offered by Ninja. My product was still covered by the 1 year warranty, but when I called I was told that this is normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty. They even asked me to video call them and they could see the disgusting mess from the cracks and still wouldn't replace the clearly defective parts. They suggested I order new containers, amounting to what I paid for the unit in the first place. What makes this all worse is that I bought this unit to replace a previous version of the same thing--that one lasted longer, though with less use, before the same thing happened. I will not be buying another Ninja product and I'm certainly not going to spend any more money on these cheap, crappy parts that break with only a handful of uses.

Anyone else have this problem with their food processor attachment? Looks like the seal had been compromised.

I use it for most of all my food preparation everyday. I am so happy it saves my time.

The blender with its many components make it a versatile machine that can quickly cut, grind, and pulverize any foods we put inside. The ease of the blender usage made it easy to learn and take care of for long time usage.

I like the 16oz cups for making my smoothies but I have to split it in half. And the large mixer is so-so. Very hard to clear! I was very careful with it. AND I JUST ABOUT TOOK THE IT OF MY THUMBNAIL OFF ! Now I’m afraid to use it ! I just wish the cups would have been a 16oz in one! It’s took me a few days to stop the bleeding, but I made it through.

Good value for the price. Wish the quality and size of the single-serve cup were better.

First time buying a ninja blender good cuality I love it

Unfortunately, the food processor jug broke without any reason. It just snapped from top to bottom while hand washing it! I don't use my Ninja usually as I use my other Cuisinart food processor, but I thought I am making strawberry treat and I want to use my new Ninja for a fresh taste, but unfortunately the food processor jug broke while I was hand washing it after I made the food. Disappointing!

Makes all my smoothies so foamy and adds too much air due to how the blending blades are—returning it.

If you are out looking for a blender and you love a great deal like me, then go ahead and order this. It’s more value for your money

From the start customer service associate refused my service. And due to snow storms I missed the window of return on the 14. No empathy from the store manager . I neeeded a return not a credit. Just cut my loses. Then I purchased an open box speaker does not work. I would think associate would test it before selling it. Now I’m in the same situation again.
