Perfect for a single serving of a protein shake with the single cup. But also makes a great batch of smoothies. I love that I also have the food processor to make salsas or dough. A little loud, but most blender/food processors are. It doesn’t take long for it to blend things so, it’s not loud for long.

The cups are thick except they get stained like when I blended carrots for baby. Other than that I love I only have to press for a bit and her purée foods are ready !
