Great blender. Just recently bought & so far I have used it only to make smoothies & it does a great job on that. Seems very powerful. Has very sharp blades because I cut my finger on one trying to wash it. Directions indicate to be careful as blades are extremely sharp! Looking forward to using it for many other kitchen tasks. Only downside so far is that it is really loud.

Overall, this is a great product. My wife uses it nearly every morning. She has to be sure to shut the door to the bedroom, because this thing can be heard across the house, as it’s motor is exceedingly loud. That all being said, this is quite a powerful unit and works great. The only drawback other than the noise that we have noticed is that if you are blending in the single serving cup, whatever you are blending gets caught on the inner threads, and it makes it difficult to remove the lid at the end of the day. You have to rinse water in and out of the cup, to partially clean at the edge, to take off the screw lid. If you are not in a hurry, you can always use a paper towel, to pre-clean the threads before you screw your lid on..

Absolutely LOVE this set up! I was able to get rid of my 20 yr old food processor because this does anything and everything you could want it to! Mixing batters, chopping fruits and veggies, mixing up german pancakes, making smoothies and im sure I will so more in it! Its loud, but what do you expect with all that power! When it says to becareful becuasr the blades are sharp, they mean it. They are sharp, and will destroy any food given the chance! Best purchase in a long time!!

Excellent for daily use in making smoothies, especially with the single cup feature. The blender and single cup containers are easy to clean. Excellent power. A bit loud. I have burned up quite a few cheaper blenders doing margaritas, crushing ice, etc. This has more than enough power to crank through that without the smell of burning pieces of plastic ruining the experience. I certainly would recommend this over spending mega bucks for the VitaMix or other very expensive machines.

This is a beast! Loved the way it easily grinds up anything and quickly. The attachments were perfect for mixing up the food for our dog who has digestive issues. The suction cups on the bottom help to keep it from moving around. The only negative thing is the noise level. Kind of loud but I don't mind since it only lasts for seconds. It beat my Kitchenaid in performance and I didn't think that could happen. I almost didn't buy it because it wasn't a name brand that I personally would have trusted. I looked at reviews and price at the time and finally decided to give a try as a gift for my daughter. I'm glad I kept an open mind to try a new brand at my age. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought one for my daughter-in-law as well.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this thing so far. I’ve had it for a month so far and it is a BEAST!!! I use it almost everyday! Super powerful and so easy to clean! Just don’t touch the blades… as they are sharp and cut your skin like butter. If I could… I would buy only Ninja products… everything they make is AWESOME!!!

I use the individual cup/blade, every morning for smoothies. Blends even "hard" items like ginger root, ect. The full-size blender is great on ice! It is a loud, but I love the power. Very sharp blades, use caution.

Upgraded from an old Cuisinart Blender with the blades only at the bottom. This blender is amazing!!! I was looking for something to make essentially 2L worth of smoothie in a more timely fashion. It has very sharp blades throughout the mixing element with a larger capacity than my previous blender. I have made smoothies and used the food processor to blend dough multiple times using the dough blade (it also comes with a sharp blade element for the food processor). You can blend directly from the included cups and change to a to go lid in a flash but the capacity is only 16oz. The only down side, it is loud but that is due to the fact that is has 2 horsepower. Highly recommend, best kitchen purchase I've made in years.

The unit comes with various accessories which makes the unit very versatile. The blades can be removed for easy cleaning. The blender is very powerful and makes perfect smoothies. It crushes everything, including ice, even when it’s filled to the maximum fill line.

The blender is really good and got it at a good deal worth it for Christmas gift or someone that loves cooking. Even though i am use to the older model where it can keep running without a lid so i can add more ingredients, this wont let me something i have to get use to but overall best item and would recommend.

We got this blender because we eat smoothies for breakfast. Our 12 year old Oster was slowing down and the wife had trouble cleaning it. This unit is definitely a Professional model with 1500 watts. The unit pulverized ice like nothing I have ever seen. The blades are a breeze to remove and the pitcher is really easy to clean. The one and only one complaint is noise. This thing sounds like a helicopter lifting troops from the Denang river valley in Nam. We ultimately could not move past the noise. I wake early and eat before I go. I woke up everyone in the house with this unit. We traded it in for the 1000 watt unit.

I was very impressed with the value of this - the price to performance ratio. Sure, there are better, more expensive blenders, and sure, there are less expensive lower quality blenders. However, this finds the sweet spot of great quality and relatively low price. It's powerful, durable, easy to clean, but a little loud.

Ninja beats other blenders hands down and this set is the "gold standard." It has everything you need to process smoothies, soups, and prepare food. It's powerful and easy to use. It's also easy to clean. Be careful with the blades, though; they are extremely sharp.

This thing is powerful, blends smoothies perfectly. It is a little loud, because of the strong motor (I can hear it a little even when I'm standing outside the house when it's being used), but it's amazing. It is a little on the big side in size, and the suction cup feet hold it in place and release with ease. Easy to clean, easy to use, definitely a good choice.

Let me tell you, the Ninja Blender is no joke. I bought this thing because I wanted to make smoothies, but I didn’t realize I was investing in a high-powered jet engine disguised as a kitchen appliance. First time using it, I tossed in some frozen fruit, yogurt, and ice, hit the power button, and BOOM—this thing roared to life like it was summoning the spirit of every fruit it had ever blended. The sheer force startled me so much I jumped back, knocking over my dog’s water bowl. Now my dog thinks the blender is some kind of supernatural entity and refuses to enter the kitchen when it’s on. But let me tell you—this thing blends like a dream. Smoothies? Perfect. Salsa? Restaurant-quality. I even accidentally dropped a spoon in once, and I’m pretty sure it just vaporized. I could probably use this to mix concrete if I wanted to. 10/10 would recommend. Just don’t stand too close—you might get sucked into another dimension.

The blender works great! Crushes ice and frozen fruit finely. Mixes everything together very well. Easy to clean just watch out for the blades they are sharp.
