    I purchased the Ninja Mega kitchen to replace my 5-year-old Ninja Master Prep Pulsating Blender that still works. When I opened it, the blender/ processor bowl had a couple of hairline cracks. A small portion of the box was ripped. I did not give it much thought. I have used the Ninja Mega kitchen blender just twice, and there are several hairlines and large cracks in the blender bowl. I am highly disappointed; all that glitter is not gold, after all. I will ask for a replacement.

    I haven’t had it long enough to try everything but it does make a good smoothie. I would say it is a good machine with more attachments. My old vitamixer was stronger when it came to dry ingredients.
