We love the secure way the system locks for use with directional aligning arrow to ensure no leaking. The countertop locking suction cups keeps the unit from moving. Blades are substantial and do a wonderful job. We would recommend to all.

And the different cups, for single serving etc. however just a couple of weeks after purchase the rubber stopper on the small cup got caught in the blades and got shredded to pieces . I am no longer able to use it and that was my favorite accessory to use . Can I purchase the rubber ring separately?

Not too much noise too. only one complaint, because of the shape of the jar, things get stuck sometimes around the corners and need manual intervention.
