It makes making my morning smoothies very simple. The best thing about it is the variety of containers/attachments it comes with. Plus the safety features are a great plus.

This was my second Ninja Kitchen system and the quality has gone down however I still love the product. My first system lasted over five years and i just bought a new one rather than replacing my blender and food process bowls. In less than 2 years the gaskets on my solo cup and food processor has gone bad and the entire base of the food processor bowl has separated. Wish the tool would last longer.

Poor Durability and Customer Service

When I contacted customer service, they said the blender container wasn’t covered under warranty and told me to buy a new one. The main motor unit also became noticeably louder after just one year of use. Very disappointing quality and support.
