Have many Ninja products. All have never disappointed. We use this Ninja blender in one of our commercial bars. Way better than buying a piece of crap commercial blender at almost 10 times as expensive. We went thru so many commercial $300 to $500 blenders that could never have the versatility and crap out in months. Ninja products rule!

We love this blender. It works really well although it's pretty loud. We haven't used the dough mixer yet. Everything else Works well

originally wanted a vitamix but the sound deterred me. This does not have the heat option but the power is incredible. We tested it with ice cubes to see if what they said was true. It crushed them into a powder that would works great for a snow cone. The single serving smoothie cup is awesome. My daughter now makes a smoothie to take to school. It takes only a min to make. They are incredibly smooth not at all like a normal blender makes them. The sound is not bad at all. All in all I am very happy with it so far.

I think it's very well worth its price even if it is a little loud... it's still great.

Excellent for cookie dough... my hands have gotten weak and this saved me this year with all the holiday baking that I do. I haven't tried it for smoothies yet because we have a blender purchased just for that reason, but I'm sure it will be great with the two included tumblers when the other breaks.

Great package of blending equipment. I like the different containers so the smell and taste stays on just one container. One con is it is very loud.

We bought it during last thanksgiving time. My wife and I love this unit. It is very powerful and easy to clean after each use and mess free.

I bought this blender locally because I did not have the money for a vitamix, Well it was a big mistake. The big blender pitcher was never really that great it always left my drinks gritty even after having it on for minutes at a time, plus it would leak through the pour spout on top even if I was under the max line. So I basically bought a blender to only use the processor and single serve cups -.- . Now the processor wasn't bad but I noticed it started collecting grime on the bottom near the part that the base connects to to make it actually spin and also in the handle. Both of which cannot be cleaned because you would need to unscrew the bottom part to get to the grime and when I went to go do that I noticed where the screws are the plastic was cracked, meaning if I took the screws out the plastic would crumble and I wouldn't be able to get it back together and it would be useless. And the single serve cups were to only way I could make smoothies and they were always waaay to small and also would leak. But mainly my reasoning for the bad review is because of what happened the other night. I plugged my blender in and it tripped my outlet, So I reset the outlet and plugged it in again, pressed power, nothing happened the light didn't come on. So I reset the outlet again same thing nothing happened, tried a different outlet, nothing happened. Tried something else in the outlet to make sure it wasn't my outlets and the hand mixer turned on. Very upset, I took the blender to another outlet somewhere else in the house and still would not come on. I've only had this blender for a year and a half and it is already dead. Don't waste your money on this faulty blender...

What I mean by tough is when you hit that button you can feel and hear the power of the blender which I love, we got this at a great price and we have been waiting to buy it when the price was right and I love it, has everything you need all in one. I have a ninja chopper which I love for all the cooking I do and this just took everything to another level.

Great product! Bought it during a sale. Can get a little noisy but overall good product.

I’ve always wanted one of these and this was the year for me to get it. I Lovvve it! My smoothies are as smooth as ice cream! I don’t have to cry anymore chopping onions! LOL!! So blessed to have been able to get one!

I love ninja products, they are the best, I always recommend them for their good quality.
