I like the fact that you don’t have to stand there and hold the button. You hit smoothie and it does it for you. Very powerful. Making salsa is great too. Blends everything to perfection.

Went from an old NutriBullet which had to be pushed down and twist and became difficult for kids to use. The Ninja just requires a quick easy twist without any physical pressure to twist.

I had started off with a popular rechargeable blender smooth machine I liked it for a few weeks until it was not strong enough to crush ice. I looked to the ninja made one and fell in love, it makes bigger and better smoothies then I could have ever dreamed off. Must buy.

Terrible design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does it blend well? Yeah. Does it sound like a Space X rocket on liftoff, maximum thrust? Also yes. Is it IMPOSSIBLE TO UNSCREW THE SIPPING LID BECAUSE THE BRILLIANT PRODUCT ENGINEERS MADE BOTH THE JAR AND LID SMOOTH TO THE POINT OF BEING FRICTIONLESS? Absolutely. Despite how well this blends, I absolutely hate using it with a passion. Seriously, add some sort of texture or grip yo the outside and make this less frustrating to clean.

This one is FAR more robust and does an excellent job. My wife and I are now addicted to smoothies. Not a bad thing!

I guarantee if you try it you will not be sorry he will love this machine ninja make some great machines

Works great but a little loud

Both bottles are very good quality. My only gripe is that the blender is pretty loud. I had a full size Oyster blender a few years ago that wasn’t as loud. I honestly didn’t consider sound when purchasing since I assumed it wouldn’t be any different. I originally purchased this to make breakfast smoothies in the morning to take with me to work, but I think I would wake up my entire complex. It’s fine though - I’m just gonna make ‘em the night before. Would still recommend!
