Nice when works but the cups are a headace

While its great when it works. One of the cups it cane with, I’m not sure if it deformed or what. But the blade cap won’t screw on. It will not align to one of the cups which is weird because the drink top has no problem aligning to that same cup that may be deformed. The blade top has no issues with the other cup so I am not sure what it is. I had to use a hamer to get the top on and a knife to pry it open. It was a workout in itself. Such an headache. There is also no give for blending. The top has to be completely screwed in for the thing to work.

Perfect for my needs

Just assemble ingredients and hit the button. This little unit is very loud but that doesn’t bother me as it meets my needs with ease.

Works Great but Loud

The first one lasted a few years and still worked well; but, it was so loud we couldn't stand to use it anymore. The new blender works like the original one but is also pretty loud. I'm hoping it doesn't get as loud as the first one did.

I like the automatic Smoothie button that initiates a cycle of start/stop pulses to perfectly blend the ingredients. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is very loud. You couldn't use this if you have others sleeping in the house.
